機場捷運電聯車轉向架穩定性測試簡介 Introduction to the TIAA MRT EMU Bogie Stability Test
轉向架與電聯車結合(車底)

本項測試目的係確保機場捷運電聯車在營運速度(100km/h)範圍內、各種載重及軌道條件下均能持續保持列車處於動態穩定。動態穩定的定義為車輪組不會造成蛇行運動,而蛇行運動(如圖1)係指車輪組持續擺盪過大,無法收斂至穩態,一般而言,蛇行運動在高速行駛的情形下才會發生。
本測試標的為機場捷運電聯車(4車廂)普通車及(5車廂)直達車,先後均載以空重(W0)及結構設計載重(W3)後,分別以時速60、70、80、90及100 km/h之速度,於主線上穩速操作列車(如圖2車輛行駛曲線圖),並於轉向架及列車上設置「位移計」、「資料記錄器」及「頻率 – 電壓(F/V) 轉換器」等測試儀器,量測轉向架之旋轉振幅及頻率值,且同時超過規定數值之情形,不得連續超過20個波形。
本項測試將安排於本(103)年下半年度於坑口站(A11)至機場第一航廈站(A12)間實施,本局將持續督導廠商及監造執行測試,以確保行車安全。

The purpose of this test is to ensure that the train can continuously retain dynamic stability and will not experience hunting under operation speed (100km/h), various weight loads and different track conditions. When the train is operating under high speed and the wheel-set continues to swing and fails to return to a stable state, hunting occurs.
The targets of this test are the 4-car Commuter EMU and the 5-car Express EMU of TIAA MRT. The coaches were tested at 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100 km/h respectively with tare weight (W0) and structural designed load (W3) on the main line (see figure 2). The bogies and coaches are equipped with displacement sensors, recorders and frequency/voltage converters to measure the swinging amplitude and frequency of the bogie and should not over the regulation values simultaneously over 20 hunting waves.
This stability test is scheduled to execute in the second half of 2014 between Kengkou Station (A11) Station and Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 1 (A12) Station. BOHSR will continue to supervise contractors to accurately execute the test to ensure operation safety.
