機場捷運振動敏感區S7區段(A6站至A7站間)浮動式道床軌道安裝作業 Floating Slab Track Installation of TIAA MRT Vibration-Sensitive S7 Section (between A6 to A7)

S7振動敏感區位於A6站至A7站間,由於該區段兩側緊臨集合住宅且軌道配置型態為交叉橫渡線,對振動與噪音抑制要求較高,故設置浮動式道床。此區道床包括道岔與菱形岔心組合(4組道岔及1組菱形岔心構成)及其前後之浮動式道床一般段(共4版塊),屬體積龐大之混凝土版塊集合體,基於施工安裝調整及營運後之維修檢視和抽換作業便利性,採用單一支承橡膠墊與鋼質套筒結合之整體設計做為浮動式道床之減振機制。
施工順序大致分道床施築及道床頂昇兩階段,基於施工空間規劃並考量道床鋼筋佈設與配置作業,優先施築在道床外側具束制浮動式道床版之縱向及橫向位移之止動塊,之後依序在橋面版上鋪設隔離層(便於混凝土澆築後頂昇道床)、岔枕、鋼質套筒及道床鋼筋佈設、道岔鋼構件放樣(岔心、岔尖、導軌、護軌等)並藉由扣件鎖固於軌枕,道床材料佈設與配置如圖1。當完成模板組立及最後鋼軌線形調正定位後,進行混凝土澆置及養生。
混凝土養生達到設定強度後即可進行道床版頂昇,順序係先頂昇區域最外側之浮動式道床一般段,再頂昇菱形岔心之版塊,之後依序將4組道岔版塊頂昇,使位於中央處之菱形岔心、往外延伸之4組單一道岔與浮動式道床一般段軌道可平順連接,頂昇後鋼質套筒減振機制定位完成如圖2。最後安裝道床版與止動塊間之所有橫向或縱向支承墊,整個頂昇作業與浮動式道床軌道安裝定位即告完成。

The Vibration-Sensitive S7 Section is located between A6 and A7 Station. Since the section is close to residential areas, and with crossover rail layout, the design of floating slab track is adopted to reduce vibration and noise. The slab track styles of this section consist of turnouts and diamond crossing combinations (including 4 sets of turnouts and 1 set of diamond crossing) and the general slab track sections connected to the head and tail of this slab track (4 slabs) is an integrated mass of concrete slabs. Concerning the installation regulations and the convenience of maintenance and replacement after official operation, the single rubber bearing and steel sleeve combination was adopted for the vibration control mechanism of this floating slab track.
The overall installation steps include slab track installation and slab track lifting. Regarding construction spatial design and slab track RFT distribution, the stationary slabs on the outer side of the slab track are firstly lifted. Next, distribution of insulation layer, switch sleeper, steel sleeve and slab track RFT on the bridge surface is performed. Then, turnout steel parts are put into place (eg. frog, stock rail, closure rail, guard rail) and are locked into the sleeper. Slab track material distribution is shown as fig 1. Last, after moldboard assembly and the calibration of the final rail alignment conducted, concrete pouring and curing process is in place.
When the concrete reaches certain intensity, the slab track lifting process follows. The order of lifting process starts from the outer general slab tracks to the diamond frog slabs, then to the 4 sets of slab tracks. In this orderly fashion, the center diamond frog, the extended 4 sets of single slab tracks and the floating slab track can then be smoothly connected. After lifting, the finished state of steel sleeve vibration control mechanism is shown as figure 2. Lastly, after installing the lateral and longitudinal rubber bearings between the slab track and stationary slabs, the slab track lifting and floating slab track installation is then completed.
