圖2. 縱向加速度限值

人體暴露在交通工具及機械振動環境會產生三方面影響:舒適性、疲勞或工作效率、及健康或安全。以軌道車輛而言,舒適性係針對旅客,疲勞係針對司機員。有關機場捷運之電聯車乘坐性能測試係依據ISO 2631規範,就乘客之人體支撐處考量振動量測位置,以辦理舒適性測試。
上述ISO規範,提供評估振動之影響有4項量化因子:振動頻率、振動強度(加速度)、暴露時間及相對於人體之振動方向(詳圖1)。其適用頻率為1-80Hz,因為1 Hz以下低頻所造成的暈車影響因人而異,80Hz以上高頻則易受到衣著或鞋子影響,故未納入。依據此4項因子,依振動方向分別制定振動強度標準如圖2及圖3。
由振動頻率及暴露時間可在圖2及圖3決定振動強度標準,且該標準為疲勞限值,若為舒適性限值則約為疲勞限值之三分之一(或減10dB),健康或安全限值則為疲勞限值之2倍(或加6dB),由圖可知,人體在縱向及橫向最敏感的頻率分別為4-8Hz及1-2Hz,暴露時間越長則可忍受的振動強度越低,約低於2.8Hz時,橫向可容忍的振動強度較縱向低。
一般而言,橫向加速度影響舒適性最大,橫向加速度由車速及軌道曲率半徑決定。本項測試將安排於本(103)年下半年度於坑口站(A11)至機場第一航廈站(A12)間實施,本局將持續督導廠商及監造執行測試,以確保車輛之橫向及縱向(含垂直)之乘坐品質,使坐位及立位旅客皆感到舒適之等級。

Under exposure to a transport vibrating environment, the human body will experience 3 kinds of impact: comfort, fatigue or working efficiency, and health or safety. Regarding this phenomenon, comfort is to passengers as fatigue is to drivers. In accordance to ISO 2631 regulations, TIAA MRT conducted EMU comfort tests considering the vibrating measurement area from passenger support point.
The ISO regulations provide 4 calculative factors on vibration impact evaluation: frequency, intensity (acceleration), exposure duration and relative vibrating direction(figure 1) to the human body. Test frequencies ranged from 1-80Hz because dizziness caused from below 1Hz frequency varies greatly in different people and influence caused from above 80Hz frequency is easily impacted from different outfits. According to the 4 factors, the fatigue boundary is shown in figure 2 (longitudinal vibration) and figure 3 (transverse vibration).
The vibration intensity standard can be decided by frequency and exposure duration in figure 2 and 3 and can be regarded as fatigue limit. Comfort limit is one-third of the fatigue limit (or minus 10dB), and the health or safety limit is twice the fatigue limit (or add 6dB). Concluding from the figures, the most sensitive frequency for the human body is 4-8Hz in longitudianl direction and 1-2Hz in transverse direction. The longer the exposure duration, the lower the endurable intensity is. When frequency is lower than 2.8Hz, the endurable intensity of transverse direction is lower than longitudianl direction.
In general, transverse acceleration, which is decided by train speed and track curve radius, results in the most impact on comfort. The test is scheduled to conduct on Kengkou Station (A11) to Airport Terminal 1 Station (A12) in the second half of 2014. BOHSR will continually supervise contractors and conductors on the series of tests to ensure the comfort of passengers.
