機場捷運系統整合測試作業辦理情形 Implementation of TIAA MRT Integrated System Test
系統整合測試現場會勘討論

系統整合測試為機場捷運達成實質完工前的測試作業,主要驗證機場捷運各機電系統標間及與土建相關設施界面,彼此是否能共同順利運轉及符合營運服務的基本需求。依機場捷運機電統包工程契約,機電廠商(丸紅公司)必須和土建承商以及其他承商協調後提送系統整合測試程序及需求計畫,並於各子系統完成工地測試及相關界面測試後,由廠商全程負責執行本測試。
廠商依營運模式、路段特性、機廠運作及電磁相容等屬性,提送包含電聯車到離站、電聯車在正線、車隊性能(正常營運)……等11項測試程序,各項程序再依功能需求制訂各類驗證項目,總計有50項。配合現場測試條件,本測試已於103年1月開始啟動,至103年6月已進行13項程序驗證。
系統整合測試作業前,測試單位於執行測試作業至少一週前,召集相關參與測試單位,辦理現場會勘作業,並於執行測試作業前邀集相關單位召開測試前啟始會議,以確認相關測試細節及所需文件,檢視測試地點的準備狀態,確認準備作業已就緒。進行測試當日,則由廠商軌道工事辦公室(PWTO)執行淨空軌道,每次送電前都必須執行軌道巡查作業,軌道巡查人員需配有無線電對講機,並依PWTO指示之範圍及作業時間完成巡軌作業,以完成開始進行測試前的安全條件,俾電聯車順利至主線展開測試作業,完成系統整合測試項目。

The Integrated System Test (IST) is the final test prior to substantial completion of TIAA MRT Construction. The main purpose of the test is to verify interfaces between E&M Systems and civil engineering related facilities to check if smooth operation and the basic requirements of operational service can be met. Based on the of E&M system construction contract, the E&M contractor (MKH J.B. Consortium) needs to submit IST Procedure and Requirement Plan to authorities upon discussion with civil engineering contractors. MKH J.B. Consortium should also be in charge of IST implementation following the completion of site test and relative interface test between each sub-system.
Regarding operation mode, alignment characteristics, depot operation and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), the IST Plan submitted by the contractor consists of 11 test procedures including EMU approaching / departing from station, EMU on Main Line, train fleet functionality (normal operation), etc. Each procedure generates different verification items according to functional demands resulting in a total of 50 items. In coordination with site condition, IST has already commenced since 2014 Jan. and have processed 13 verification items dating to 2014 Jun.
At least one week prior to IST implementation, testing authorities is obliged to gather all relevant units to hold site check and IST Kick-off Meeting to confirm all necessary documents, testing details and test sites are ready. On testing day, Possession and Work Track Office (PWTO) has to clear the rail path before power on. The rail patrol team members equipped with wireless intercoms have to complete patrolling the testing areas per PWTO instructions. After completing the pre-testing safety checks, the EMU is then clear to go on the Main Line for testing.
