機場捷運CU02施工標為地下段工程,依工程性質概分為土建工程、水電工程及環控工程等三項,車站則有第一航廈站(A12)、第二航廈站(A13)及機場旅館站(A14a)。各車站內受建築物管理系統(BMS)監視及控制之系統主要有以下2大項:
1. 水電工程:消防、火警、給∕排水、主低壓配電盤、防洪閘門及防火門、隧道照明、廁所緊急求助警報系統、門禁管制等。
2. 環控工程:通風(含各類風機、風門及隧道通風系統等)及空調系統(含冰水主機、溫濕度感測器等)。
CU02施工標水電∕環控工程與BMS整合測試作業包括:
一、整合測試前,施工廠商依規定須提供測試計畫,於工程界面協調會議中與關連廠商進行相關討論,以確保雙方均能符合規範要求後送請監造顧問審查及核定。
二、測試計畫應包含預定測試時間、期程、人力的安排、界面點位測試項目、測試時所需量測之工具(含通訊設備)及測試標準等,以能符合車站內受BMS監視和控制之設備。
三、CU02標與BMS整合測試須進行設備運轉前之點位測試,經雙方確認後,始能進行設備運轉測試,當設備運轉時相關之設備訊號會回傳至BMS,以達到監視和控制功能。
CU02施工標BMS整合測試為機場捷運營運前重要之測試作業,目前各車站均已測試完成,且車站各主要設施亦可經BMS,接受行控中心中央監控系統之監視及控制功能,後續將配合進行營運前運轉測試。

CU02 Construction Tender is one of TIAA MRT Project's underground constructions which included civil engineering, electrical systems & water services (E&W) construction and environmental control construction and covers three stations: Airport Terminal 1 Station (A12), Airport Terminal 2 Station (A13) and Airport Hotel Station (A14a). The E&W construction and environmental control construction in each station should be under monitor and control by the building management system (BMS), details are as below:
1.Electrical systems & water services (E&W) construction: includes fire prevention, fire alarm, water supply and drainage, main L.V. switchboard, floodgate and fire escape doors, tunnel lighting, restroom emergency alert system, access control, etc.
2.Environmental control construction: includes ventilation (including winding machines, wind doors, tunnel ventilating systems, etc) and air conditioning system (including chilling system, temperature/humidity sensor, etc).
The integration tests of E&W and environmental control construction of CU02 Tender and BMS includes the following:
1.Prior to integration tests, the contractor should raise the testing proposal in the engineering interface coordination meeting for thorough discussion with involving constructors to ensure that the integration testing proposal conforms to regulation. Then, the proposal is required to be submitted to the supervising consultant for examination and ratification.
2.The testing proposal should consist of scheduled testing time, duration, arrangement of workforce, interface position testing items, measuring tools (including communication equipment), test standards, etc. Such details should be consistent to BMS-control equipment.
3.Position testing of pre-operation equipments should also be performed in this integration test prior to equipment operation. After confirmation from both parties, operational tests of equipment can then be performed. During equipment operation, relevant signals will be transmitted to BMS to achieve monitoring and control function of the system.
The CU02 Tender and BMS Integration Test is a significant job prior to official operation of the TIAA MRT Project. Currently, each station has finished the integration test. From this integration, the main equipment in each station can receive supervision and control from SCADA in the Operational Control Center via BMS transmission. Subsequent to the integration test, pre-operational tests will be implemented.
