機場捷運主變電站轉供測試簡介 Introduction to the Power Supply Transfer Test of TIAA MRT Bulk Supply Substations
模擬轉供測試之步驟。

機場捷運機電系統統包工程(ME01標)全線總計設有三座主變電站,分別為新莊(A3)、龜山(A8)及青埔主變電站(BSS),在考量供電系統之安全與穩定的情況下,若其中一座BSS必須進行歲修保養或發生故障時,則可由相鄰BSS轉供。在轉供之情形下,另一座BSS可同時全額供應所需用電,而不影響營運。
當系統正常運轉時,每一座BSS各有其供電範圍,以青埔BSS為例,其牽引動力供電範圍為TSS11A-TSS21、車站供電範圍為A14A-A21(如圖1、4)。為驗證轉供功能是否正常,本系統於103年10月13日進行模擬青埔BSS故障,由A8 BSS供電之轉供,已順利完成測試。
模擬轉供測試之步驟如下:首先切斷青埔BSS台電電源,隨之青埔BSS GIS(352-1~5)及其二次側負載開關252-S1~T3、252-D2、各牽引動力變電站252-G1、G2及各車站之252-TA、TB將全部跳脫(如圖2、5)。在牽引動力變電站(TSS)方面,當逐步投入Lu Zhu TSS之252-R1、TSS11之252-R1、TSS17之252-R3及TSS21之252-R1開關後,再逐次將各TSS之二次側開關252-G1、G2順次投入,但青埔BSS之252-T4開關必須保持投入狀態,此開關供應青埔機廠內列車所需用電(如圖3);在車站變電站(SSS)方面,當逐步投入A13站之289-RA2、RB2開關後,再逐次將各SSS之二次側開關252-TA、TB順次投入,但青埔BSS之252-D1開關必須保持投入狀態,此開關供應青埔機廠內SCADA所需用電(如圖6)。當青埔BSS恢復電力時,再依相反程序將電源轉回青埔BSS供電,即完成主變電站轉供測試。
後續供電系統將持續於適當時機進行各項轉供模式測試,如A3及 A8 BSS故障之轉供、2座BSS故障之轉供及3座BSS故障之運轉模式。

The E&M System of TIAA MRT Project (Tender ME01) includes 3 bulk supply substations (BSS): Xinzhuang (A3), Gueishan (A8) and Chingpu BSS. Considering the safety and stability of the power supply system, when one of the BSS is undergoing annual maintenance or accidently malfunctions, the power supply can be taken over by adjacent BSSs. During power transfer, the backup BSSs can provide efficient power for normal operation.
During normal operation, each BSS has its supply coverage. For instance, the traction power supply range of Chingpu BSS covers TSS11A-TSS21 and it supplies power for stations A14a-A21 (see fig.1 and 4). To verify function of power transfer, simulation of Chingpu BSS malfunction was conducted on Oct. 13, 2014 in which A8 BSS backed up the power supply successfully.
The power supply transfer simulation test was proceeded as follows: first, cut the power source of Chingpu BSS from Taipower, then the GIS (352-1~5) in Chingpu BSS, its secondary side loading switch 252-S1~T3 and 252-D2, the 252-G1 and G2 in each traction supply substation (TSS), and the 252-TA and TB in each station will all be tripped subsequently (see fig. 2 and 5). For the TSSs, the switches 252-R1 of Lu Zhu TSS, 252-R1 of TSS11, 252-R3 of TSS17 and 252-R1 of TSS21 are gradually switched ON, then the secondary side switches 252-G1 and G2 are sequentially switched ON during which the 252-T4 switch in Chingpu BSS is turned on for the entire period to supply power for trains in Chingpu Depot (fig. 3). For the station supply substation (SSS), the 289-RA2 and RB2 in A13 Station is gradually switched ON, then the secondary side switches 252-TA and TB in each SSS is sequentially switched ON during which the 252-D1 switch in Chingpu BSS is turned on for the entire period to supply power for the SCADA system in Chingpu Depot (fig. 6). Lastly, when Chingpu BSS restores power, reverse procedures will be conducted to bring the power supply source back to Chingpu BSS which completes the power supply transfer testing.
The power supply system will be tested continually at the appropriate time for each transfer mode such as power transfer during malfunction of A3 and A8 BSSs, power transfer during malfunction of two BSSs and power transfer during malfunction of three BSSs.
