機場捷運軌道工程鋼軌研磨簡介 Introduction to Rail Grinding Construction of the TIAA MRT Project
磨軌車進行磨軌作業。

桃園機場聯外捷運系統統包工程軌道子系統於道碴軌道及非道碴軌道施工完成後,藉研磨方式去除鋼軌踏面之鱗片、鐵鏽及表面不規則,使鋼軌維持一平滑且均勻如原有之軌頭形狀,研磨軌距側之角隅圓弧,從軌距側之角隅量起,其總研磨寬度不得少於65mm。
本計畫鋼軌研磨係研磨軌距側角隅圓弧,去除鋼軌踏面鱗片、鐵鏽、表面不規則,施工程序包括準備前置作業、入場工作許可確認、駛離前最終檢查、保護措施最終檢查、開始進行研磨作業、確認成果、清理及檢查研磨設備各項開關是否歸位。
現場研磨作業已於103年12月開始,範圍包括桃園機場聯外捷運系統台北站(A1)至環北站(A21)路段全線、青埔機廠、蘆竹機廠及機廠進出場線之軌道。

Subsequent to the ballasted track and non-ballast track construction of the TIAA MRT Project subsystems, the grinding process is performed to remove flakes, rust and uneven surfaces on the tread surface to construct a smooth and even rail and to conform to original head geometry. For grinding of the corner of gauge side, the total grinding width shall not be less than 65mm.
The rail grinding procedure to remove flakes, rust and uneven surfaces on the tread surface includes preparatory work, entry permit confirmation, ultimate examination before leaving, ultimate examination of safety measures, grinding process, results examination, cleanup and check whether the switches of grinding equipment is returned to original state.
The grinding process is scheduled to take place in December 2014 covering all rails from Taipei Main Station (A1) to Huanbei Station (A21), Chingpu Depot, Luzhu Depot and depot communication rails.
