機廠建築物管理系統整合測試辦理情形 Progress of the Depot Building Management System Integration Test

建築物管理系統(BMS)之設計與規劃,需以簡易之螢幕圖形,讓使用者便利操作,並清楚展示系統特性及完整顯示系統資訊為原則。其內容主要包括環控系統、水電設施監控系統、火警、排煙監視系統及電梯監控系統……等。透過現場LCR盤連回主維修廠DCC機廠控制中心,於系統中即可連結至各子系統,執行遠端操作、監視、警報……等功能。
BMS系統測試的層級區分如下:
第1階段:BMS與水環承商進行點對點(輸入/輸出點及設備元件)測試行程。
第2階段:BMS與水環承商進行整合測試行程(對本工程所提送之控制程序,以設備群組或系統進行控制程序之系統功能測試)。
第3階段:BMS與SCADA整合測試行程(對BMS系統與SCADA間進行整合測試)。主要為驗證行控中心(OCC)的SCADA對機廠的連線功能,並由OCC下達控制命令,對機廠各建物控制信號之量測(啟動設備)。
BMS/SCADA系統整合測試/單站相關之測試方式
本BMS系統整合測試的目的,主要為驗證OCC的SCADA對BMS的連線功能,並由OCC下達控制命令,對機廠各建物設備信號之量測(啟動設備),並由水環承商負責確認現場設備狀況,以驗證是否符合功能需求。由於本測試涉及跨建物之測試,因此相鄰各建物承商均應配合做現場安全管制工作、控制功能之確認及紀錄。
機廠設備BMS除管理通風、空調、電力及給排水等機電系統外,並能有效整合火警警報系統、安全門禁系統,同時監控冰水主機、電梯、發電機及照明系統;利用操作之單一人機介面特性,有效率地監控建築物各項機電運作,並達成營運最大效能。

The design principle of the Building Management System (BMS) is to build a user-friendly system that clearly displays system characteristics and complete system information via simple graphics. System contents include climate control system, monitoring system of E&M, fire alarms, smoke extraction supervision system, elevator monitoring system, etc. The BMS connects back to the depot control center in Main Workshop via onsite LCR panels which links to each subsystem and execute functions including remote control, monitor, alarm, etc.
The BMS testing stages are detailed as follows:
First stage: Point to point (input/output points and equipment components) testing with E&M contractors.
Second stage: System functional testing on controlling procedures with E&M contractors.
Third stage: BMS and SCADA integration test for verifying normal connection between SCADA in OCC and the depots. In this test, OCC carries out commands to depot buildings and measures the controlling signals.
BMS/SCADA system integration test/single station test:
The purpose of the BMS integration test is to verify normal connection between SCADA in OCC and the depots. In this test, OCC carries out commands to depot buildings and measures the controlling signals. The E&M contractor checks the conditions of the equipment and verify whether the equipment conforms to functional demands. Since the test covers multiple buildings, contractors of each building are obliged to cooperate with site safety regulations and to confirm and record respective controlling functions.
The BMS system not only controls ventilation, air conditioning, electricity and drainage but also effectively integrates the fire alarming system, security access system and chilling, elevator, generator, lighting monitoring systems. By using the single human machine interface (HMI), the system can efficiently monitor E&M operation of each building and achieve maximum performance of the operation system.
