機場捷運車站低壓電氣系統測試作業簡介 Introduction to L.V. Electricity System Tests for TIAA MRT Stations
配電盤第三公正單位檢測。

機場捷運之車站供電系統係將主變電站供應之22kV高壓電源,經由環狀饋電系統,降壓後分別提供750V牽引動力及低壓380V/220V車站設施用電。考量車站電力系統安全性及可靠度,低壓電氣系統擁有雙重設備配置及自動切換功能。
車站低壓電氣系統主要提供水電環控工程設備及局部核心機電系統電力供應,對於電力需求則依負載種類可分為必要性匯流排、非必要性匯流排及維生性匯流排等三類,以維持車站供電及配電系統的正常運轉。
低壓電氣系統之低壓配電盤實務測試作業臚列如下:
1. 構造試驗:盤體外型、尺寸、塗裝膜厚符合圖說及規範之要求。
2. 機構動作試驗:各項器材之機械操作功能符合圖說及規範之要求。
3. 絕緣電阻測試:電氣迴路及控制迴路之絕緣特性能符合規範之要求。
4. 耐電壓試驗:主迴路和相關迴路能承受所規定之耐電壓值。
5. 電氣操作與控制線測試:電氣操作與控制功能符合圖說及規範之要求。
為確保車站低壓電氣系統能正常運作,低壓配電盤送電前必須完成低壓電氣系統及相關界面測試,首先在完成主空氣斷路器保護協調曲線參數設定、相序檢測及絕緣電阻量測後,即可進行低壓配電盤電氣動作試驗及供電狀態模式切換、照明插座分電箱配電、靜態式不斷電系統等供電測試;以及配合新莊、龜山及青埔等3處主變電站跨區供電、備援柴油發電機和隔離開關箱回供電源等界面測試。
相繼完成現場低壓電氣系統及相關界面測試作業後,將可配合後續動態系統整合測試及試營運前之試運轉測試,以提供車站高品質電力輸出及達到乘客滿意電力品質。

The Power Supply System of TIAA MRT Project transforms 22kV H.V. electricity provided by the bulk supply substation to 750V traction and 380V/220V L.V. station electricity power usage through the Loop Feeding System. Considering the safety and reliability of station's electric power system, the L.V. Electricity System is in duplicate and equipped with an auto-switch function.
The station's L.V. Electricity System provides power supply for The Electrical Systems & Water Services and Environment Control Construction and also a portion of the E/M Core System. To maintain the regular operation of station's power supply and electricity distribution system, the electric power includes three types of buses according to loading type, essential Bus, nonessential and Vital Bus.
Required tests for L.V. electricity distribution panel of L.V. Electricity System are as follow:
1.Structural Test.
2.Mechanical Test.
3.Electrical Impedance Test.
4.Voltage Capacity Test.
5.Electricity Operation and Control Wire Test.
To ensure regular operation of station's L.V. Electricity System, the L.V. electricity distribution panel should go through relevant system tests before operating. First, the parameter settings of the air circuit breaker's protective coordination curve, phase sequencing and isolated impedance test should be done. Next, the power supply tests including action test of L.V. electricity distribution panel, power supply mode switch test, distribution test of illuminating outlet distributor and static UPS system test. Lastly, due to multiple area power supply of three bulk supply substations Xinzhuang, Guishan and Chingpu, back-up diesel generator and isolated power cabinet switch interface tests need to be done.
After sequentially completing relevant on-site electricity system tests, there are still dynamic system integration tests and service trial tests to be completed before revenue service. By conducting all the above tests, we can then provide high quality power supply to stations and anticipate reaching the goal of passenger satisfactions toward the quality of our electric power system.
