機場捷運之道碴道床鋼軌扣件介紹 Introduction to the Rail Fastenings on TIAA MRT Ballast Tracks

將鋼軌固定在軌枕或混凝土道床上之構件稱為扣件,因係將鋼軌固定在承托物上,亦稱鋼軌扣件,對鋼軌提供支撐、導引、彈性及電氣絕緣等功能。機場捷運在青埔和蘆竹兩座機廠採道碴軌道鋪設,由鋼軌、扣件、軌枕、道碴等所組成,其中扣件為英國Pandrol公司生產之製品,整組扣件包括預埋於單體預力混凝土軌枕中構成鋼肩之鑄鐵錨件、彈簧鋼衝壓狀似e型之彈性扣夾,以及具有玻璃纖維成份之扣夾絕緣子和採高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)製成的鋼軌墊片所組成。鋼軌舖設過程中,彈性扣夾一端崁入鑄鐵錨件,另一端扣壓鋼軌足部,將鋼軌與混凝土枕固結成一體,鋼軌對地絕緣需求則由扣夾絕緣子和鋼軌墊片達成。

Fastenings are parts used to fix rails on sleepers or concrete roadbeds and provide functions including support, induction, elasticity and insulation. In the TIAA MRT System, both Chingpu and Lujhu Depots use ballast tracks consisting of rail, fastenings, sleepers, ballast, etc. in which the fastenings are manufactured by Pandrol (UK) Ltd. The complete fastening set includes the pre-buried forged iron anchors in the PSC sleeper forming the shoulder, e-type spring steel clip, glass fiber clamp insulator and HDPE rail pad. During rail construction, the spring steel clip assembles the rail and concrete sleepers by buckling the anchor on one end and fastening the other end on the rail foot. Additionally, by combining the clamp insulator and rail pad, ground insulation requirements can be met.
