機場捷運供電系統發電機整合測試簡介 Introduction to the Integration Tests of Generators and Power Supply System in the TIAA MRT Project

機場捷運機電系統統包工程(ME01標)供電系統主變電站整合測試於104年3月8日進行,並同時進行體育大學站(A7)、機場第二航廈站(A13)及環北站(A21)等地下車站模擬火災情境測試。
測試時首先切斷各主變電站(BSS)台電電源,隨之各主變電站之氣體絕緣開關(GIS)及其二次側22kV負載開關252-S1~252-T3、252-D2、各牽引動力變電站252-G1、252-G2及各車站之252-TA、TB將全部打開。並由行控中心發出「發電機供電訊號」至各車站,俟各車站低壓負載卸載完成送回確認訊號後,各主變電站備援發電機啟動,開始投入22kV供電系統,各車站之負載開關252-TA、TB並陸續投入以提供維生系統所需負載。此時各車站維生系統全部使用發電機電源供電。
經一段時間系統穩定後,A7站、A13站及A21站等各地下車站開始進行模擬火災之情境測試,各車站均選擇控制操作模式表編號61-3(月台層下行軌道側車廂失火)及62-3(月台層上行軌道側車廂失火)兩模式進行模擬火災之情境測試(最大負載模式)。
在A7站、A13站及A21站等地下車站火災情境測試完成後,代表整合測試完成,各BSS電力依相反程序將電源轉回台電電源供電。本測試應注意各車站相關訊號是否能確實傳回行控中心,若訊號有所遺漏或不確定,則發電機電源即無法送出,故整合測試須ME01標SCADA及供電系統充分配合外,各車站水環設備現狀也必須透過建築物管理系統(BMS)將訊息傳至行控中心。
本次測試結果,確認各BSS備援發電機容量足夠供給各車站維生系統及地下車站火災情境時所需負載,另台北車站(A1)因尚未完工無法加入本次測試,將另擇期測試。

On Mar. 8, 2015, the bulk supply substation (BSS) power supply integration test in TIAA MRT E&M System Construction Project (ME01 tender) was implemented subsequently with fire simulation tests in underground stations including National Taiwan Sports University Station (A7), Airport Terminal 2 Station (A13) and Huanbei Station (A21).
The first step of the integration test is to cut off all power supply from Taipower at each BSS. By cutting off the power, the GIS in each BSS, the 252-G1 & 252-G2 in each traction power substation and the 252-TA & TB in each station will all be turned on. Then, the OCC will send out the generator initiation signal to each station awaiting offload completion of low voltage power in each station. After offloading confirmation signals are sent out, the backup generators at the BSSs will be activated and the 22kV power supply system will be initiated. Subsequently, the 252-TA & TB switches will be turned off allowing electricity to flow through vital systems and thus completing the generator power supply system.
After stability of the power supply system is established, the fire simulation tests at A7, A13 and A21 underground stations were implemented. The tests were implemented under operational modes No. 61-3 (fire in cabins at southbound platform) and 62-3 (fire in cabins at northbound platform) at maximum loading condition.
Upon completion of the fire simulation tests and A7, A13 and A21 stations, the integration testing process is finished and the power supply system will be changed back to Taipower supply with reversed process as the transformation described above. One of the focuses in this test included whether signals were successfully sent back to the OCC. If the signals failed to reach OCC or if the signal was incomplete, electricity will not be able to be delivered by the generator as expected. Therefore, the integration test not only requires full support from SCADA and the power supply system but also requires the E&M equipment to send status signals via BMS to the OCC.
According to test results, the capacity of BSS backup generators is proved to be sufficient for vital systems in each station under fire simulation loadings. In addition, due to incomplete construction status of A1 Station, the integration test at A1 Station will be rescheduled.
