機場捷運軌道工程止衝擋簡介 Introduction to the Buffer Stop in TIAA MRT Rail Engineering
坑口站(A11)預留貨運園區支線止衝擋

機場捷運之正線、維修機廠內駐車廠及測試線之軌道末端均設置止衝擋,以防止列車因煞車不及而衝出軌道。本計畫所使用止衝擋係藉由摩擦力來緩衝列車的撞擊力,達到阻擋的功能。其能承受車速為 8 km/hr 至25 km/hr 的全負載列車之撞擊,一組止衝擋配置16副摩擦元件,可承受之最大衝擊力為 960 KN。
止衝擋安裝程序依序如下:止衝擋本體卸下導爪元件,使用吊車利用吊環將止衝擋吊起,確認止衝擋接觸面面向列車向,並將止衝擋卸放至軌道預定安裝之鋼軌上,於軌頭標定磨擦元件之安裝位置,將正確位置標示於軌腹上,將止衝擋暫時吊離軌道,將經過潤滑的螺栓及夾鉗插入螺栓孔,於軌頭上設置填充塊並於與其反方向位置設置兩個支承,放入雙彈簧墊圈和螺母,利用扭力扳手鎖固磨擦元件之螺栓,磨擦元件之鎖固扭力為150N-M,重新將止衝擋利用吊車將其卸放於標定位置上, 安裝導爪元件,於同軌道一側插入螺栓,利用扭力扳手鎖固導爪元件之螺栓,導爪元件之鎖固扭力為250N-M。
本計畫台北車站(A1)軌尾、林口站(A9)林口支線、坑口站(A11)預留貨運園區支線、大園站(A15)航空客運園區支線、環北站(A21)軌尾、二處維修機廠內測試軌及駐車廠軌道等均已安裝止衝擋。

Buffer stops are installed on TIAA MRT main lines, stabling yards in maintenance depots and the ends of testing rails to prevent trains from driving out of track due to malfunctioning braking systems. The mechanism of the buffer stops used in the TIAA MRT system is using frictional force to buffer impact force from the operational train. The buffer stop can effectively buffer the impact of a fully loaded operating train from 8 km/hr to 25 km/hr. Each buffer stop is equipped with 16 pairs of friction elements which can bear up to 960KN impact force.
Installation process of the buffer stop is as follows: first, the guide claws are removed from the main structure of the buffer stop and the buffer stop is lifted up by a crane with lifting loop and unloaded onto the rail with the buffer stop face facing the direction of the operating train; next, after marking the installing position of the friction elements on the rail head and the exact position on the rail web, the buffer stop was lifted away from the rail; then, insert the lubricated bolts and clamp bolts into the bolt holes, install the filling blocks on the rail head and install two supports at the opposite position of the filling blocks; hereafter, put double strip washers and flanged nuts inside the supports and use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts in the friction elements at 150N-M; lastly, reload the buffer stop onto the marked position, reinstall guide claws, insert bolts on the same side of the rail and use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts in the guide claws at 250N-M.
Installation of buffer stops has been completed at the rail tail of Taipei Main Station (A1), Linkou Station (A9) of the Linkou branch line, Kengkou Station (A11) of the reserved cargo park branch, Dayuan Station (A15) of airport shuttle park branch, rail tail of Huanbei Station (A21), two testing rails in the maintenance depot and stabling yard rails.
