機場捷運車輪壓床功能簡介 Introduction to Wheel Press Functions in the TIAA MRT System
車輪壓床設備配置

車輪壓床設備配置於青埔機廠主維修工廠之輪軸工場,用於壓出/壓入電聯車及維修工程車輛車軸上之車輪、煞車盤、傳動齒輪及軸環等元件。
車輪壓床設備包括車輪壓床本體、液壓系統、吊運輪軸之起重機設備及吊具、油壓千斤頂、輪內緣鬆弛設備及車輪壓入所需之注油設備等。車輪壓床為雙壓缸設計,能同時壓入車軸之雙邊車輪,最大操作壓力為300公噸,並可自行吸收及平衡車輪壓床操作時所產生之反作用力。當車輪壓床操作壓入/壓出車輪作業時,車軸上可以含有煞車碟、齒輪箱、傳動齒輪及軸承盒等多種操作形式,以增加操作上之便利性,減少需拆卸車軸上元件之作業時間。此外,設備以易保養、易故障排除、較低維修成本、人性化安全操作界面,以及可適應長時間操作使用之設計考量,能有效達成維修作業要求。

The wheel press equipment is distributed at the wheel and axle depot in Chingpu maintenance depot and is used for pressing wheels, braking discs, transmission gears, axle loops, etc. of EMUs and maintenance trains.
Components in the wheel press equipment include main structure, hydraulic system, hoisting equipment for wheels and axles, hydraulic jacks, wheel bore expand devices, wheel press injection devices, etc. The wheel press in the this project adopted the SQS system which provides function of simultaneously pressing wheels on both sides of the axle at maximum operation pressure of 300 mt and can self-absorb and balance the reaction force resulted from wheel press operation. During wheel press operation, components including brake disc, gear box, transmission gear and axle box can be remained on the axle so operational convenience can be achieved and dismantling time of the components can be saved. Furthermore, the equipment is built to meet maintenance requests which presented multiple features including easy maintenance, easy troubleshooting, lower maintenance cost, user-friendly operation interface and long operational hours.
