機場捷運自動收費系統票證整合測試簡介 Introduction to Integration Testing of the TIAA MRT Automatic Fare Collection System

機場捷運票證整合測試包含單程票售票機、自動收費閘門、銷售點終端機、售卡及加值機、車站電腦系統、中央電腦系統、可攜式讀卡機、車票餘額查詢機、月台驗票終端機等設備之軟、硬體票證整合驗證測試。目的是對各種票種於車站自動收費設備上使用時,寫入票卡欄位各項交易資料與讀取資料須一致,並以交易類別為主軸,進行票卡測試流程,車站電腦系統從每三分鐘或每逢收到50筆交易,將交易傳送到中央電腦系統,驗證各車站票卡交易資訊是否正確無誤。
本系統可使用之票卡包括:悠遊卡、一卡通、臺智卡、e通卡、桃捷公司自行發行之各類票卡等,亦包括本系統售票機發售之代幣(含單程票/預辦登機票),以上各類票、卡、幣均併入測試範圍。為求整合測試之完整性,亦將不屬本捷運的票卡也列入測試(如信用卡、提款卡)。測試技術採用被動式無線射頻辨識系統技術,利用讀卡機透過天線傳遞無線電波電磁感應產生驅動電流,此一電流可對票卡內晶片進行讀/寫各項交易訊息代碼,確認各票卡代碼驗證是否正確無誤。
為降低交易錯誤、防堵外部不法入侵,以及避免營運人員竄改資料等弊端,內建安全存取模組(SAM),是智慧卡應用系統中安全控管的核心。本系統讀卡機模組可支援8家發卡公司的SAM模組,經由發卡公司所提供之應用軟體與SAM溝通後取得該卡片的金鑰,才能取得卡片內資料,該資料處理完成後藉由廠商所開發之應用軟體傳回並儲存交易結果。此外,認證程序尚需符合ISO/IEC DIS9789-2標準、無線傳輸之資料均加密傳送、每一區扇區均有獨立金鑰、每張卡片均有獨一的序號等等安全機制,始可防止卡片遭到複製造成損失。
由於各家票卡驗證機制不同,系統廠商需分別與各家票卡公司進行認證,且一一確認各項軟體細節。本系統可使用多家票卡,大大省去旅客須新申辦票卡的麻煩,也廣納更多持不同卡片的旅客進站搭車,增加捷運的使用率。

The integration testing of the TIAA MRT Automatic Fare Collection System (AFC system) focuses on software and hardware integration verification including one-way ticket vending machines, automatic toll gates, sales terminals, vending and value-added machines (VAVM), station computing system, central computing system, portable card reader, ticket balance inquiry machines, platform ticket terminals, etc. The purpose of this integration test is to ensure the consistency of data written into the ticket transaction field and the data from the ticket reader when applying to the station's auto-toll machines. The ticket testing procedures are based on transaction categories in which the station computing system will send data to the central computing system for transaction verification either every three minutes or when the transaction data have accumulated to 50 lines.
The genre of cards that can be applied to this system includes EasyCard, iPass, Taiwan Smart Card, e-pass card, all tickets released by Taoyuan MRT and the tokens (including one-way tickets/ in-town check-in tickets) sold from TIAA MRT's vending machines. The above cards are all included in the testing scope. Additionally, for the completeness of integration testing, cards that are not included in our system, such as credit cards and debit cards, will also be included in the tests.
The testing technology adopted the passive RFID system, which the card reader transfers radio electromagnetic waves via its antenna and generates the drive current. This current can read and write transaction codes in the card chip and confirm if the corresponding verification code is correct.
To decrease transaction error rate, prevent illegal intrusion, and also prevent the data tampering by operational staff, the SAM model was established as the safety control core of the smart card system. The card reader module in this system supports up to eight SAM modules from eight different card companies. The card data can only be read with the authorization key, which is obtained via communication between SAM and the application software provided by the card company. After completed process of data, the transaction data will be sent back and saved via the application software. In addition, security mechanisms including the certification procedure complying with ISO / IEC DIS9789-2 standards, encrypted wireless data transmission, independent key sectors for each region, and unique serial number for each card can prevent the card from being duplicated and avoid money or personal data loss.
Due to various verification systems in each card company, the system supplier is required to certify tickets from each card company and also the details of the corresponding software. This multi-card system will save time and trouble for passengers to apply for new card and will allow passengers from various transport systems with various tickets to utilize the TIAA MRT System which will lead to passenger increase.
