交通部范次長視察機場捷運工程動態測試作業 Deputy Minister Mr. Fan of MOTC Inspected on the Signaling Dynamic Test of TIAA MRT Project
范次長視察機場捷運電聯車動態測試。

交通部范次長植谷關心機場捷運號誌主線測試作業,於2月24日蒞臨機場捷運現地視察第一區段號誌主線動態測試作業執行情形,本局由胡代理局長湘麟率陳副總工程司景池、第三組、第四組及捷工處等相關主管人員陪同,范次長此行並邀請台鐵局電務處、機務處、調度總所等相關主管及人員參與。
范次長首先抵達高鐵桃園站(A18),在捷工處陳代理處長引導下前往高鐵桃園車站與機場捷運高鐵桃園站 (A18)間之連通道,視察連通道之動線規劃與設置情形;隨後驅車前往桃園體育園區站(A19),登上電聯車往返桃園體育園區站(A19)至環北站(A21),實際體驗主線動態測試作業之執行情形;接著一行人前往青埔機廠行控中心視察,在聽取機場捷運工程簡報後,並與相關人員進行意見交流。
范次長除嘉勉本局及現場工程人員的辛勞外,並期許本局務必依預定時程督促廠商全力趲趕工進,協調地方主管機關及營運單位,做好轉乘規劃及緊急接駁等營運前各項準備工作,如期達成通車目標,早日提供民眾便捷之機場捷運。

Deputy Minister Chih-Ku Fan of MOTC inspected the main Line signaling dynamic test of section one on February 24th. The inspection was accompanied by our bureau's Acting Director General Hsiang-Lin Hu, Acting Chief Engineer Ching-Chih Chen, the directors of the Third Division, Fourth Division and MRT Engineering Office. The Deputy Minister also invited managers and relevant staff from TRA Electrical Dept., Operation Dept., Dispatch General Dept., etc. to participate in this on-site inspection.
Acting Director Mr. Chen of MRT Engineering Office guided Deputy Minister Mr. Fan through the transfer underpass between HSR Taoyuan Station (A18) of TIAA MRT Project and HSR Taoyuan Station of the HSR. After visiting and listening to the presentation on the tranfer route plan of the underpass, the inspection then took place on the ride on EMU from Taoyuan Sports Park Station (A19) to Huanbei Station (A21). The Deputy Minister managed to have an on-site perspective on the Main Line Signaling Dynamic Test from the EMU ride. The last stop of the inspection tour was at the Operation Control Center of Chingpu Depot, which the inspection group watched the video presentation about TIAA MRT constructions and took time exchanging perspectives.
Deputy Minister Mr. Fan appreciated the workforce of their hard work and approved of the construction achievements that are made. He especially requested BOHSR to supervise construction companies on construction progress, handle responsibility distribution between local authorities and operation units, and efficiently finish all preparation work such as transfer route plans and contingency transfers before formal operation. Most importantly, the goal is to start operation on schedule to provide convenient service of Airport transportation to the public.
