機場捷運建築物管理系統(BMS)圖控畫面概述 Outline of the Graphic Control Platform in the TIAA MRT Building Management System

為提供旅客安全、便利、舒適、高水準的服務,機場捷運於沿線各車站建置建築物管理系統BMS(Building Management System),藉以管控車站水電/環控設施、電梯/電扶梯、土建設施、門禁管理及營運安全監測訊號。
本系統為一整合性之監控系統工程,其應用範圍涵蓋水電工程及環控工程之監視與控制,採用最新科技的控制設備,以自動化及精準的控制程式,控制及監視相關設備,並藉由所獲得的設備狀態、故障、火警等訊息,連鎖相關設備之啟動或停止,以期達到減少操作人力、及時反應緊急狀況及保護車站人員和設施的目的。
本系統係依本工程施工技術規範1380A章設計,水電及環控設備之監視及操作均以圖控顯示,並儘可能與行控中心的電腦有同樣之操作功能及操作畫面。假使在行控中心之電腦或資訊傳輸層發生故障時,隨時可在BMS操作站執行行控中心的功能;本系統監控範圍包括A2至A21車站BMS,共設有地下段6座(A7、A12、A13、A14、A14a、A21車站)、高架站15座(A2~A6、A8~A11、A15~A20車站)、牽引變電站4座(TSS6A、TSS9A、TSS9C及TSS11A)及行政大樓等。
各車站BMS監控電腦(即操作站)分設於站務室及環控系統電氣/電子室,為車站控制系統之人機介面,系統圖控畫面提供使用者操作動態圖形及完整顯示系統資訊,圖控畫面包含環控系統、水電設施監控系統、火警、排煙監視系統及電梯監控系統等,總系統圖可快速連結至各子系統的操作圖形,執行相關設備之啟動或停止,以維護旅客及站務人員安全。

For the purpose of providing safe, convenient, comfortable and high-quality services to passengers, there are Building Management Systems (BMS) set in each station along the TIAA MRT System to manage the E&M systems, elevators and escalators, civil engineering facilities, access control and operational safety monitoring signals.
The BMS is an integrated system which covers all monitoring and controlling applications regarding the E&M constructions. The BMS utilizes the latest controlling equipment with automated and precise programming to monitor and control all related facilities. The system receives equipment status, error codes and alarming signals, and by interlocking the power switch of the corresponding equipment, it achieves the purposes of reducing manpower, immediate response and protecting station staff and facilities.
The system is designed according to technical regulation 1380A to display E&M system monitoring and controlling parameters on the graphic control platform. Moreover, the displayed platform should resemble the features and images of the workstation in the OCC so if the OCC computer malfunctions or data transmission encounters abnormality, operating from the BMS workstation can be an alternative. There are 6 BMS installed in underground stations (A7, A12, A13, A14, A14a and A21), 15 in elevated stations (A2~A6, A8~A11 and A15~A20), 4 in traction power substations (TSS6A, TSS9A, TSS9C and TSS11A) and one in the administrative building.
The monitoring workstation in each BMS is located in the platform operation room and electrical room which operate as the system controlling human machine interface. The graphic control screen will provide dynamic graphics and complete system information inclusive of the E&M system, fire alarm, smoke extraction system and elevator system statuses. The general system graphic can quick link to the operational graph of each sub-system for the operator to control the power switch of interrelated equipment and ensure the safety of station staff and passengers.
