SCADA依據BMS所提供之環北站IO Mapping資料表轉換後之SCADA IO資料庫，與BMS建置之IO點表進行核對，確認本站各項設備數量、資料點訊號類別、設定參數及警報等級是否正確。
Every TIAA MRT civil engineering tender has to process through interface integration tests in coordination with SCADA Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system and BMS (Building Management System) to reach completion of equipment function integration testing.
The interface tests in coordination with SCADA and BMS of Huanbei Station (A21) includes the following stages, details are as follows:
1. Confirmation of IO mapping data:
SCACA builds an IO Database from transferring the IO Mapping data chart of Huanbei Station provided by the BMS supplier. Then SCADA verifies the IO Database with the IO mapping chart originated from BMS to confirm whether the equipment and facility counts, signal category, parameter settings and alarm levels are correct.
2. Communication connection test between the station and operation control center:
In the Communication Equipment Room of Huanbei Station, the SCADA Server can connect with BMS communication interface through the BTN Switch. The test needs to check if the connecting status, instruction-receiving status and signal responses are normal.
3. Verification of equipment linkage test of station's civil engineering tenders:
After completion of the position data verification and communication connection tests, the overall equipment linkage test should be performed. First, SCADA transmits controlling instructions to all of the facilities/ systems in Huanbei Station according to the information on the IP Address interface provided by BMS. Then, actions including start/ stop and on/ off of station facilities and systems can be controlled through the BMS database main server. The main server can also monitor whether signal responses are correct or not.
The most important testing stage of the above is stage 3 - equipment linkage test. First, prior to stage 3 testing, security control in the station needs to be enforced and the station site needs to be ready. Second, during testing, results are responded periodically to the system server after on-site confirmation. If abnormal situations occur, evaluation of problem source is necessary to define it either a systematic problem or a station facility problem. Lastly, the coherent units will sign and record the finished test items and abnormal problems after daily tests completion.
After the completion of connection integration tests between SCADA-BMS and all of station facilities, SCADA will file an official report on the overall test results. The report will act as the official record for all suppliers taking part and in this series of tests.
