機場捷運車站低壓配電不斷電系統簡介 Introduction to the TIAA MRT Station L.V. UPS System
不斷電系統電池組。

捷運車站內電源,係來自主變電站將台電161kV特高壓電降為22.8kV後,經環狀饋電系統供電至車站低壓電氣室,再由變壓器降壓後,自二次側低壓端引接3ψ4W 60Hz 380/220V低壓電源,並依車站用電負載之重要性,區分為必要性、非必要性、維生性及不斷電等4種負載。
當台電供電系統發生故障,致使主變電站無法正常供電之狀況下,設置於主變電站之緊急發電機將啟動以提供車站維生性電力,惟緊急發電機之啟動及電壓建立至可饋電予設備期間,將會中斷負載的正常運作,因此,尚須設置不斷電系統(UPS),以供應運轉中不可斷電之負載,方能於正常供電失效時,亦可維持負載至少30分鐘之不中斷電力,其負載包括車站緊急照明設備(含軌道區照明)、標示及標誌設備、火警受信總機、廁所防護警鈴、PAO對講機等。不斷電系統設備包括有電池組、整流/充電器、整流及變頻變壓器、變頻器、同步設備、靜態切換開關、保護裝置、濾波電路等。
在正常狀態下,由主電源供電給UPS的整流/充電器,此整流/充電器將交流電轉換成直流電壓對電池組充電,並接至變頻器,變頻器再把直流電壓轉換成交流電壓,並經由靜態切換開關將此交流電提供給負載使用。當主電源故障時,將由電池組繼續提供直流電壓給變頻器轉換為交流電供負載使用,以便不中斷負載之電源。當主電源恢復正常時,將自動且不中斷的由整流/充電器提供直流電源給變頻器,並對電池組重新充電,如果電池組在台電復電前即已達低電位,則靜態切換開關將自動且不中斷的把負載切換至旁路電源端繼續供給電力。

The original power supply source for TIAA MRT stations that comes from Taipower Company is in the form of the extremely high voltage 161kV. After the bulk supply substation transforms the voltage to 22.8kV, the power is transferred to the L.V. Electricity Room via the loop feeding system. Then, after the transformer reduces the voltage again, the 3ψ4W 60Hz 380/220V electricity is connected from the secondary L.V. end and categorized into essential, non-essential, vital and UPS loads according to the importance of station electricity loads.
When Taipower supply encounters failure causing the bulk supply substation unable to provide electricity normally, the emergency generator will instantly activate and provide vital power. However, during the activation and voltage establishment of the emergency generator, normal operation of loads may be cut off, thus the UPS system is required to ensure at least 30 minutes of uninterrupted power supply to the essential equipment during normal power supply failure. The essential equipment includes emergency lighting equipment (including rail lighting), signs and signaling equipment, fire alarm control panel, WC protection alarm, PAO interphone, etc. The UPS system comprises the battery set, rectifier/charger, rectifying and converting transformer, inverter, synchronizing machine, static transfer switch, protection devices and filtering circuits.
Under normal circumstances, the main power source connects the rectifier/charger of the UPS where the AC power is converted into DC power to charge the battery set. The rectifier/charger connects to the inverter that converts the DC voltage into AC voltage and provides power to the end apparatus via the static transfer switch. When the main power source fails, the battery set will continue to provide DC power to the inverter to convert into AC power that supplies end apparatus. After recovery of the main source, DC power will uninterruptedly circuit through the rectifier/charger to the inverter and recharge the battery set. If the battery reaches low electric potential before Taipower source recovery, the static transfer switch will automatically switch the load to a bypass terminal for continuous power supply.
