機場捷運直流控制電源簡介 Introduction to the TIAA MRT Direct Current Power Control
電池與充電器

機場捷運機電系統統包工程直流控制電源之設置,主要為提供主變電站、車站及機廠設施變電站及牽引動力變電站等各設備操作、跳脫、保護及SCADA遠端控制單元(remote terminal units)所需。為確保直流控制電源穩定運轉,本裝置採用重置系統,係由各1組電池、充電器與負載電壓補償裝置(LVC)組成,當其中1組系統故障時,另1組系統具有足夠的容量提供總負載。每1組直流控制電源設有2個輸出接點,1組供應開關設備操作使用,輸出電壓為DC90~120.4V,另1組供控制及監視設備使用,輸出電壓為DC90~110V。
充電機具有電壓自動調整(Self-regulation)之功能,直流控制電源輸出設定在95~120.4V之間,並能在電池完全放電後能在6小時內, 恢復電池組80%之容量。當充電機故障的情況下,電池組可以提供應最少3小時之持續負載。在電池組放電3小時後,電池組還必須能操作每一設備之啟斷/投入兩次。
供電系統之各項主要開關設備,如氣體絕緣開關(GIS)、真空斷路器(VIS)、緊急跳脫站(ETS)、直流隔離開關(MDS)、高速直流斷路器(HSVCB)、環路開關(RMU)、各項保護電驛及與監控系統(SCADA)連接之設備,皆使用直流控制電源,以確保在停電狀態下供電系統各項設備仍能順利操作及監控系統(SCADA)順利運轉。

The installation of direct current (DC) power control of the TIAA MRT E&M Engineering System is to provide power for remote terminal units of SCADA and the facilities in bulk supply substations, stations, depot facility substations and traction power substations to perform normal operation, power trip and protection. To ensure the stability of the DC power control, the apparatus is equipped with a reset protocol and consists of one set of battery, charger and LVC. When one of the power control system malfunctions, the other system will have sufficient capacity to provide for total loading. Each set of DC power consists of two output points, one of which outputs DC90~120.4V to control equipment power and the other outputs DC90~110V to monitor and supervise the equipment.
The charger has a self-regulation function that can set the DC output at 95-120.4V and can restore 80% of battery capacity in six hours subsequent to each complete discharge of the battery. Under failure of the charger, the battery set can provide continuous loading for at least three hours and after three hours, the battery should still remain capacity to cut/provide power for each device at least twice.
Most primary power switches of the power supply system such as GIS, VIS, ETS, MDS, HSVCB, RMU, protection systems and supervision systems that connect to SCADA utilize DC power, so this DC power control will ensure normal operation of these devices even under power failure conditions.
