機場捷運車站低壓供電及配電系統簡介 Introduction to the L.V. Power Supply and Distribution System in TIAA MRT Stations
車站變電與低壓電氣室之低壓開關箱及配電盤。

機場捷運車站低壓供電及配電系統之功能,主要係提供車站及其附屬軌道區低壓負載所需電源(380/220V)。而車站低壓供電系統之電源,係由核心標供電系統之車站設施變電站(Station Substation,22kV/380V)變壓器二次側提供,每一車站均設有2座車站設施變電站,以雙迴路方式供電,提高供電可靠度。有關車站之負載,可概分為三類:
(1)非必要性負載(Non-essential loads):與行車無關的負載(如:一般照明/插座、電扶梯、環控等)。當任一低壓供電迴路故障時,該迴路之非必要性負載即會自動卸載,以減輕系統負擔。
(2)必要性負載(Essential loads):與行車運轉有關之負載(如:核心標機房之設備)。當任一低壓供電迴路故障時,正常供電之低壓開關箱將經由連絡饋線(TIE)供電給故障低壓開關箱之必要性負載,以維持電聯車正常運轉。
(3)維生性負載(Vital loads):與逃生有關的負載(如:消防、緊急照明、不斷電系統等)。當緊急情況發生,且任一低壓供電迴路故障時,正常供電之開關箱亦會經由連絡饋線供電給故障開關箱之維生性負載;而當車站雙迴路低壓供電均故障時,則將由核心標供電系統之緊急發電機供電給維生性負載,以確保人員逃生需求。
另車站低壓配電系統,係由車站低壓供電系統之開關箱引接至低壓配電盤(380/220V),再由低壓配電盤分接至車站水電環控之各子系統,包括:照明系統、插座系統、消防系統、空調系統及各類用電設備;同時,車站低壓配電系統亦提供電源給其他系統標,如:供電系統、通訊系統、自動收費系統、行李處理設備、電梯/電扶梯等。

The function of the L.V. power supply and distribution system in TIAA MRT stations is to provide power (380/220V) for low voltage (L.V.) loads of stations and their auxiliary rail sections. The power source of this system is provided by the secondary side of the station substation (22kV / 380V) transformer in the core power supply system. Each station is equipped with two substations and provided with double-loop power supply to improve the reliability of power supply. The station loads are categorized as follows:
1.Non-essential loads: loads not in conjunction with train operation such as general lighting/electrical outlets, escalators and E&M equipment. When any L.V. loop malfunctions, the non-essential loads will automatically be shed to lighten system loading.
2.Essential loads: loads in conjunction with train operation such as facilities in the core equipment room. When any L.V. loop malfunctions, an operating switchboard will provide power to the malfunctioning switchboard via TIE to support normal train operation.
3.Vital loads: loads that concern emergency evacuation such as fire prevention devices, emergency lighting and UPS systems. When any L.V. loop malfunctions, an operating switchboard will provide power to the malfunctioning switchboard via TIE to support vital loads; when the L.V. double-loop malfunctions, the emergency generator in the core power supply system will be activated to provide power for emergency evacuation demands.
The L.V. power distribution system will connect power from the switch board of the L.V. power supply system to the L.V. distribution panel (380/220V); then electricity will be distributed to each E&M sub-systems in each station to provide lighting, electrical outlets, fire alarm, air conditioning and other power-consuming systems. Meanwhile, the L.V. power distribution system will provide power to other systems such as the power supply system, communications system, AFC system, baggage handling system and elevator/escalator system.
