機場捷運自動收費系統營運測試前準備工作概述 Outline of the Pre-operational Testing of the TIAA MRT Automatic Fare Collection System

機場捷運自動收費系統須於營運通車前進行為期至少2個月之運轉測試,以確保系統之正確性與穩定性。測試期間將依正常運轉條件、系統營運程序、及營運人力配置等條件,持續驗證自動收費系統與場站其他設施之整體營運功能,各車站之儲值/售票機與閘門等各項設備的交易資料傳送至車站電腦,彙整後上傳至中央電腦系統,以驗證中央電腦系統對內與所有車站設備的資料連接(含蒐集交易資料、統計資料等),並經由中央電腦系統資料處理運算加總確認各車站當日交易帳務資料的正確性。
運轉測試展開初期前置作業準備,先由廠商設定中央電腦營運參數,建立員工資料,確認各車站各設備狀況正常,使用製卡設備製作桃捷卡、代幣(CST)及票務人員通行證並啟用,另備妥可攜式資料存取處理機(PPU),模擬設備斷線時,可使用PPU將交易資料取出上傳至中央電腦等作業。
廠商規劃測試人員(含技術人員)合計100人,部分技術人員或桃捷公司員工扮演票務中心人員設定營運參數,製作員工通行證並啟用。站務人員確認設備狀況正常,並檢查各設備時間與車站電腦相同,於POST進行售票,加值,補票,退票,輸入值班現金交易,值班票卡交易,其餘人員則是扮演旅客進行設備連續交易及連線測試。
自動收費系統各項設備每日需連續交易正常,每日交易總次數不低於1600筆,測試範圍全線分區段及車站,分別由某車站售票及進站,由不同車站出站,須確保設備正常運作可連續營運交易,以達全面真實測試統計營收資料。
模擬測試營運後部分車站將會有配合大型活動輸運,預估2小時之內必須能消化大量的旅客潮,並可從交易資料中確認輸運旅客數量。
測試期間將使用真錢交易,並啟用票證公司正式金鑰(安全存取模組),亦即進行真實的交易資料,所以必須嚴格控管票卡並防止不肖人員私自儲值至個人卡票,整個測試期間無論是人員管控、人員運輸、設備妥善率、錢幣及票卡保管等等,在在都考驗廠商的測試能力,也決定本項測試成功與否。

Before the opening of the TIAA MRT System, the TIAA MRT Automatic Fare Collection System (AFC) has to go through at least two months of preliminary operational testing to ensure the correctness and stability of the system. During the testing phase, everything will base on normal operating conditions, system operational procedures and operating staff distribution and continue to verify the AFC system and integrated functions with other station facilities. The transaction data of stored-value/ ticket machines and gates in each station will be first sent to the station computer and then to the central computer system after data assembly to verify data connection (including transaction data and statistics) of the central computer system internally and with each station. The central computer system will also process and sum up transaction data to confirm accuracy of the day-trading accounts data of each station.
The initial phase of the preliminary work of operational testing is setting central computer operational parameters, establishing personnel information and confirming normal functionality of equipment in each station. Then, Taoyuan Metro cards, CSTs and ticket administration staff badges are manufactured by fabrication equipment and activated to test the system. On the other hand, the PPU is prepared to simulate transaction data extraction via the PPU and uploading back to the central computer during equipment connection failure.
In the demonstration, the contractor appointed 100 testing personnel (including technical personnel). A portion of technical staff and Tayuan Metro staff acted as staff from the ticketing center to set operational parameters, manufacture personnel badges and activate the badges. The station staff were in charge of confirming functionality of equipment, checking the display time of equipment and station computers, working at POST to sell tickets, store ticket value, replace tickets, refund and input cash and ticket transaction data. The remaining personnel acted as passengers to test equipment transaction continuity and connection.
The criteria for passing the AFC testing are day-trade transaction continuity and 1600 or higher transactions per day. The testing scope consisted of several sections of the entire line and each station. Testing protocol is to buy tickets and enter in a certain station and exiting from various stations confirming equipment functionality and transaction continuity to acquire comprehensive and real-time operation revenue statistics.
Simulation Testing of Partial Stations on Traffic Dispersing of Large-scale Events after Official Operation which is requested to digest a large amount of passengers within two hours and confirm passenger count via transaction data.
During the testing phase, the transactions utilized real money and also official key (security access module) provided by the ticketing company to mimic real transaction data. Therefore, strict control of tickets must be executed to prevent unscrupulous persons from privately storing value onto their personal cards. Throughout the tests, no matter personnel control, food, personnel transportation, equipment availability, coins and ticket custody, etc., were all tested elements of the manufacturer's capabilities and also factors determining the success of this test.
