中高階人員核心能力研習營 Core Competency Camp for Senior Personnel and Managers
王中砥講師主講「面談技巧進階課程」。

為強化本局中、高階主管人員之領導力,以有效領導組織成員,促進團隊合作及溝通協調,本局於105年3月22日及25日分2梯次辦理中、高階人員核心能力研習營,並依據參訓對象分別設計課程主題。
第1梯次以本局科長級人員為參訓對象,為配合本局平時考核面談制度落實全面面談之機制,並延續本局前於104年辦理面談技巧研習班(初級班)之課程設計,特邀請王中砥講師主講「面談技巧進階課程」;第2梯次以本局簡派(任)人員為參訓對象,並配合行政院高階主管職務管理核心能力項目,擇定「願景型塑」為講題,邀請張証瑋講師進行專題演講。另為強化本局科長級以上人員溝通力,2梯次下午均邀請朱嘉玲講師以「同理心溝通技巧」為講題進行專題演講。
本次課程除講師精闢、專業之講解與無私分享,並透過課程設計之案例解析或體驗學習與同仁互動,讓與會同仁除透過單向之講授式學習汲取專業知識,亦能藉由雙向互動將學習經驗深化。同時為利首長與同仁之間經驗傳承與雙向交流,特於本研習營安排本局楊主任秘書正君與胡局長湘麟分別與本局科長級人員與簡派(任)人員進行座談,除分享領導統御經驗,亦藉此機會進行意見交換。
期透過本次安排之研習課程,提升本局主管人員之領導力、溝通力、管理力、團隊力、規劃力等管理職能,進而有效帶領團隊,激勵成員,營造本局永續及優良之組織文化。

In order to strengthen the leadership of senior personnel and managers for them to effective lead organizational members, promote teamwork, communication and coordination, BOHSR implemented two sessions of the Core Competency Camp for Senior Personnel and Managers on Mar. 22th and 25th, 2016 respectively. The training course topics were designed on the basis of participating subjects.
The first training session targeted section chief-level personnel as subjects. In line with the comprehensive implementation mechanism of BOHSR routine interview system and continuation of the previous curriculum design of “Interviewing Skills Workshops (Beginners)” carried out in 2015, BOHSR specially invited speaker Zhongdi Wang for the lecture, "Interviewing Skills Advanced Course". In the second training session, the course targeted senior personnel as participants. In coordination with the core competence item of Executive Yuan’s top management training, the course selected “Vision Sculpture” as its topic and invited speaker Cheng-Wei Chang to deliver the lecture. Additionally, to strengthen the communication skills of section chief-level and above personnel, speaker Chia-Lin Chu was invited to deliver the keynote speech, “Communication Skills with Empathy”, in the afternoon course of both sessions.
In the trainings, the lecturers not only delivered incisive and professional courses and selfless sharing but also interacted with participants via the curriculum design of case analysis or experiential learning allowing participants to absorb knowledge via one-way learning and also deepening experience learning via bilateral interaction. Simultaneously, to establish a bridge between division chiefs and staff for effective experience transfer and bilateral interaction, Chief Secretary Cheng-Chun Yang and Director General Hsiang-Lin Hu met with section chief-level and senior personnel to share with them their leadership experiences and interact with participants.
Through the arrangements of this training, BOHSR hoped to enhance the leadership, communication skills, management skills, team strength, planning capabilities and other management strengths of supervisors, so as to effectively lead the team, motivate members to create a sustainable development and good organizational culture in BOHSR.
