機場捷運中央監控系統簡介 Introduction to the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA)of the TIAA MRT System


The goal of the TIAA MRT Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition System (SCADA) is to provide remote monitoring and controlling functions of the E&M systems (including the building management system) and core E&M system equipment of the entire TIAA MRT line and to initiate tunnel ventilation when the EMU enters the tunnel. SCADA can receive signals from each interface system and can pass down authority to passenger agent offices (PAO) according to division of responsibilities of the operation company to inhibit partial equipment signals. In addition, the Playback and Training Room (PTR) on the second floor in Chingpu Depot is equipped with a backup SCADA for use of the operating unit during evacuation of the Operation Control Center (OCC).
SCADA has a mechanism to be protected from unauthorized access or operational control. Only a privileged system administrator can add, modify or remove a user name, reset password, establish job profile or modify job profile permissions. When the system administrator boots the replacement configuration database, the user name with a time stamp will be recorded. SCADA workstations provide operators with detailed information regarding all monitor equipment and failure / alarm status. In addition, the Multi-Function Terminal (MFT) of the SCADA system will be incorporated into failure or alarm messages generated by monitoring / control equipment and will be sent to the maintenance management system (MMS, Chingpu Maintenance Management Center) at one minute intervals. MMS system can automatically generate maintenance orders after verifying the failure / alert messages with database information.
The SCADA system has diverse integration abilities by operating via single platform MFT to assist the OCC of TIAA MRT to grasp more comprehensive intelligence information. The information can act as reference to the operation company in emergency decision-making and then take appropriate contingency actions to increase resilience and rescue efficiency.
