電聯車車載行李處理系統簡介 Introduction to the EMU On-Train Baggage Handling System
行李車車載行李處理系統。

機場捷運於台北站(A1站)設置市區預辦登機設施,提供出境旅客行李處理服務,所有託送行李裝載於行李櫃後,再由直達車之一節專用行李車運送到第二航廈站(A13站)。
整個車載行李處理系統由5台直角式輸送機、8台滾輪式輸送機、1個電氣主控制箱、2個直角式馬達控制箱及4個滾輪式馬達控制箱所組成。電聯車行李車每側設有5車門,各對應1套車內行李櫃處理設備組。在正常操作之下,除第3車門之行李櫃處理設備組僅能容納1個行李櫃外,其他每套可容納3個行李櫃,一節行李車最多可運送13個行李櫃,且在車站同一個月台上處理空櫃及實櫃的上下車運作時間不超過90秒鐘。當車門或車廂內行李櫃處理設備故障時,行李櫃可以被移動到毗鄰的車內行李櫃處理設備組執行後續作業。車載行李處理系統透過無線通信器獲得車站行李處理區命令通知自動裝卸載操作,當裝卸載操作完畢後,透過無線通信器更新行李櫃位置狀態及編號等訊息。

The TIAA MRT System installed In-Town Check-In facilities in Taipei Main Station (A1) to provide baggage handling services to departing passengers. After loading on the baggage container, all checked-in baggage will be transported in a baggage-exclusive cabinet of an express train to Airport Terminal 2 Station (A13).
The entire On-Train Baggage Handling System (OTBHE) comprised 5 right angle conveyor decks, 8 roller conveyor decks, 1 electrical main control cubicle, 2 right angle motor control panels and 4 roller motor control panels. Under normal operation, other from the baggage container handling equipment at the third door which can only accommodate one container, the other sets can accommodate 3 containers. One cabinet can handle 13 containers at its maximum and can complete loading and unloading operations at the same platform within 90 seconds. When an error occurs at the train door or the handling equipment, the containers can be moved to the adjoining cabinet to be the handled by the handling equipment on that cabinet. The On-Train Baggage Handling System can receive orders from the baggage handling area to execute auto-loading/unloading operations via wireless communication devices; when loading/unloading operations are completed, wireless communication devices will then update location status and coding messages of the containers.
