機場捷運供電系統主變電站概述 Outline of the TIAA MRT Bulk Supply Substation
161/22kV變壓器設備。

機場捷運路線沿線共設置3座主變電站(BSS),分為青埔機廠、A8(林口)及A3(新莊)主變電站;為確保系統供電可靠度與穩定度,各BSS係由台電變電所不同匯流排各引接一迴路161kV交流電至站內161kV氣體絕緣開關設備(GIS),採一迴路送電、另一迴路加壓備載方式運轉;另為配合台電系統要求,各BSS採T接(三端連接)、不併聯方式各自獨立供應電力至各BSS的供電區間內,當該經常供電迴路因故無法提供電力時,系統將透過161kV側自動切換開關裝置(ATS)自動轉至另一迴路繼續供應系統營運所需電力,為符合上述設計理念要求,各BSS與台電變電所間之任一迴路161kV電纜線額定容量均足以承載整座BSS最大電力容量需求。當兩迴路均無法提供電力時,將藉由行控中心中央監控系統(SCADA)切換適當22kV高壓開關,改由另一BSS繼續提供該區段電力需求。
BSS內主要設備包括一組161kV氣體絕緣開關設備(GIS)、兩台161/22kV油浸式主變壓器、數組22kV開關盤組、一台站內22kV/380V低壓樹脂模鑄式輔助變壓器、柴油發電機組、電池及充電機組、交流及直流配電盤(ADP & DDP)、電驛配置盤及遙控端子箱(RTU)等設備所組成,主要開關設備之控制及操作均可藉由行控中心下達指令操作。
當台電系統發生區域性大規模停電,造成各BSS無法正常供電時,為滿足緊急狀況下之電力需求與維持系統營運時低壓電力高可靠度要求,特於各BSS設置柴油發電機,以提供緊急狀況下該區段各車站維生性負載、隧道通風及照明等需求。各BSS發電機容量係取決於其區段內低壓負載需求,充分提供停電時該區段低壓用電,並將相關運轉特性及設備資訊傳送至SCADA,以達遠方監視及控制系統功能。

There are three bulk supply substations (BSS) along the TIAA MRT System, which are located at Chingpu Depot, A8 Station (Linkou) and A3 Station (Xinzhuang). In order to ensure the reliability and stability of the system power supply, each BSS is connected with 161kV alternating current via different buses of the Taipower substation to the gas insulated switchgear (GIS) in the station. Then, the 161kV will adopt one circuit to send electricity and the other via standby operation. On the other hand, to meet the requirements of the Taipower system, each BSS adopted T-connection (three-terminal connection) and is not parallel-connected with one another to independently supply power to the BSS power supply interval. When the regular supply circuit cannot provide electricity, the system will automatically switch to another circuit via the 161kV side of the automatic transfer switch (ATS) to supply the necessary power to run the system. To meet the above design requirements, the rated capacity of 161kV cable of any circuit between the BSS and Taipower substation is sufficient to carry the entire BSS maximum power capacity requirements. When the two circuits are unable to provide electricity, the SCADA at operation control center will switch to the appropriate 22kV high voltage switch and continue to provide the power demand of the section by another BSS.
The main equipment of the BSS includes a set of 161kV GIS, two 161 / 22kV oil-immersed main transformer, many 22kV switch plate sets, one stationed 22kV / 380V low voltage resin-molded auxiliary transformer, diesel generator , battery and charging unit, AC and DC power distribution panel (ADP & DDP), relay distribution panel and remote terminal unit (RTU) and other equipment. The control and operation of main switchgear can be issued from the operation control center.
When the Taipower system encounters regional large-scale power outages, resulting in the BSS unable to provide power normally, the diesel generators are especially installed in the BSS to meet the emergency power demand and maintain the system operating low-voltage power high reliability requirements to provide vital loads, tunnel ventilation and lighting needs of the stations of the section under emergency status. The capacity of each BSS generator depends on the low-voltage load demand in the section. The low-voltage power supply in this section can fully provide low-voltage power during outage and can transmit relevant operating characteristics and equipment information to SCADA for remote monitoring and control system functions.
