101年11月，本局與冠德建設股份有限公司簽訂投資契約書， 將興建地上25 層、地下5 層建築，地上1 層為商場與住宅入口、捷運設施（停車空間），2至5層為商場（捷運出入口於3樓以空橋相連），地上6層至25層為住宅，目前正施工中，預計107年底完工。
In addition to linking Taipei Main Station, Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, HSR Taoyuan Station, TRA Zhongli Station and other significant transportation hubs, the TIAA MRT has coordinated with local governments during the design phase to develop transfer facilities and optimize passenger flow. This will provide good passenger flow basis for the development zones along the route and act in concert with the development plans promoted by TOD strategy. In addition to promoting the local development along the MRT line, TIAA MRT loading will also be enhanced.
To facilitate the acquisition of the land needed for TIAA MRT and to relieve the financial burden of the government through using the development profit in providing financial resources and operating costs on the TIAA MRT, the BOHSR will handle the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital Station (A8), Linkou Station (A9) and Taoyuan Sports Park Station (A19) land development project in accordance with the Mass Rapid Transit Act and the Regulations for the Joint Development of Land Adjacent to Rapid Transit Systems. On the other hand, the Commercial / Manufacturing Park of HSR Taoyuan Station (A18) will be developed and managed in the manner of superficies according to the Statute for Encouragement of Private Participation in Transportation Infrastructure Project.
Chang Gung Memorial ospital Station (A8) land development project
The BOHSR was contracted with Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and Ya Shuo Development Co. in May 2008. The contractors constructed a compound building with 4 underground floors and 18 floors above ground. The building comprised of residences, hotel, mall and MRT facilities (including the MRT transfer parking lot in second basement floor). The development project has been completed in May, 2015 and the investor has obtained operational license. The hotel, shopping mall and parking lot is managed by the investors. Tha mall has been leased to and operated by Fullon Hotels and Global Mall and is currently up for rental and operation.
The Linkou Station (A9) land development project
The BOHSR was contracted with Kindom Construction Corp. in Apr. 2011. Which has 16 floors above ground and 4 underground floors and shares exit /entrance structure with the MRT station. The building includes residential, office, hotel, restaurant, recreation, department store retail functions and has been completed and obtained operational license in Feb. 2015. The equity distribution agreement was completed on Oct. 19, 2015 in which BOHSR was apportioned with 54 residences. As for the shopping mall, it was contracted to Global Mall Co., Ltd. on Nov. 11, 2016 and is scheduled to open in the second or third quarter of 2017.
The Commercial / Manufacturing Park of HSR Taoyuan Station (A18) investment project
The BOHSR was contracted with Cathay Life Insurance Company, Ltd. in Dec. 2012. The project is expected to introduce discount outlet, aquarium, international corporate office buildings, international hotel, compound entertainment mall, international corporate headquarters and other facilities. The first and second phase of the outlet has already been opened respectively on Dec. 2015 and Dec. 2016; the third phase is under application of license and is scheduled to be opened by end of 2019.
The Taoyuan Sports Park Station (A19) land development project
The BOHSR was contracted with Kindom Construction Corp. in Nov. 2012. This will be a project with 25 floors above ground and 5 underground floors. The first floor will be the entrance for shopping mall and residences and MRT facilities (parking space); the second to fifth floors are shopping floors (the MRT entrance is connected on the third floor via a skybridge); the sixth to twenty-fifth floors are residences which are currently under construction and are scheduled to be completed by end of 2018.
