機場捷運行李處理設備複聯裝置設計簡介 Introduction to the Redundancy Device of the TIAA MRT Baggage Handling Equipment

為提升機場捷運行李處理設備之系統可用度,相關重要設備包括:控制系統、行李及行李櫃處理系統等均採複聯設計,以提供設備故障時之備援機制,確保系統運作順暢。
有關控制系統,係採2套完全相同配置之複聯設計(包括:伺服器、可程式控制器及遠端控制器);在正常運轉時,由主控制系統負責運作控制,次控制系統維持在待機狀態;當主控制系統故障時,次控制系統即進入運作模式以接替控制工作。
至於行李處理系統,目前設置於台北車站(A1),以提供預辦登機行李託運服務,設有X光機及行李輸送帶各2套,當其中1套故障時,可經由設定分流器將行李轉由另1套輸送帶運送。
另行李櫃處理系統,目前設置於台北車站(A1)及機場第二航廈站(A13);在A1站設有2套行李櫃輸送帶,當其中1套故障時,即可由另1套運送。為配合行李櫃上、下車廂作業(行李車兩側各有5個車門),在A1站及A13站月台上均設有5組行李櫃輸送帶,並以架橋與行李車5個車門銜接,其中專門提供上車及下車各有2組,另1組(中間位置)則提供上、下車雙向輸送功能,當有任1套輸送帶或車門、月台門故障時,行李櫃輸送系統將自動操作,以維持2上車及2下車輸送模式。

In order to improve the system availability of the TIAA MRT baggage handling equipment, relevant important equipment including control system, baggage and baggage container handling system, etc. adopted the redundancy design to provide a backup mechanism during system failure and ensure the smooth operation of the system.
For the control system, there are two sets redundancy designs with identical allocation (including the server, programmable controller and remote controller). Under normal operation, the main control system is in charge of operational control and the backup control system is in standby mode; when the main control system fails, the backup control system immediately switches to the operational mode to take over controlling operations.
As for the baggage handling system, it is now installed in Taipei Main Station (A1) to provide in-town check-in and bag-drop services to passengers. The system is equipped with two sets of X-ray machines and baggage conveyors. When one of the equipment malfunctions, the diverter will transfer the baggage to the other set of conveyor for transport.
On the other hand, the baggage container handling systems are installed in Taipei Main Station (A1) and Airport Terminal 2 Station (A13). There are two sets of baggage container conveyors; when one of the conveyors malfunctions, the other can take over the transporting operations. In coordination with the loading and unloading operations of baggage containers (there are five doors on both sides of the baggage car), five baggage container conveyors are set on the platforms of A1 and A13 Stations and are connected to the train doors via the lifting bridge. Among the 5 conveyors, two are for loading, two for unloading and the remaining one can be for either loading or unloading operations. When one of the conveyors or train doors or platform screen doors fails to operation, the system will automatically operate to maintain the two-two loading-unloading operational mode.
