「點之記」在機場捷運車站路權樁之應用-以A21站為例 The Application of “Description of Station” on Right-of-way Stakes in TIAA MRT Stations - Taking A21 Station as an Example

「點之記」在測繪學中是以表格記載大地點位情況的資料,讓使用者透過點之記記載之內容,瞭解該點位的相關資訊與狀況,並協助資料使用者正確及快速抵達點位現場,以執行相關測繪工作。
點之記大致可應用於三角點、導線點、水準點等測量樁位,但亦可應用於其他測繪項目,例如重要邊界樁或路權樁。點之記的內容包括點名、座標、等級、所在地、點位略圖、埋樁斷面圖等訊息。
機場捷運全長51.03公里,路線段之路權範圍較少發生路權管理問題;而車站通常設於都市開發區土地利用強度高,與鄰地關係十分緊密,因此,路權樁的重要性與敏感性就比較顯著。
A21站位於桃園市中壢區,緊鄰中豐路,與民房及周邊私有土地緊密相鄰,路權範圍之界定與路權管理,需賴路權界樁作為重要依據;如仍有爭議,始以土地鑑界方式,由地政事務所進行測量釐清,故路權樁位點之記之製作,可作為路權管理之第1道重要防線。
製作點之記之目的,是讓管理單位正確且快速抵達點位現場並找到界樁,以執行路權管理工作。故點之記記載之內容必須正確且詳實,內容包括樁號、樁材、座標、實拍照片、樁位略圖及樁之位置概述等項目。其中實拍照片必須能顯示樁之地形地貌及所在位置;樁位略圖必須有至少2個重要明確地貌,並量測該地貌與樁之距離,俾於樁位滅失時能迅速以後方交會法測得路權樁位置。
A21站點之記之樁位略圖係以竣工圖為底圖進行繪製,因竣工圖具有詳實之設施設備位置及相關地形地貌之優點,做為底圖進行測繪,最能顯現車站現況,測繪之成果亦能精準反映路權樁位現場狀況,樁位滅失以後方交會法復樁時,亦較精準。

“Description of station” is the integration of data in topography using tables to record geological point positions. The users can easily get hand on relevant information and status of the point positions via the recorded contents of the description of station system. The system can assist the user to accurately and quickly arrive at the scene of the point to execute related topographical operations.
The description of station can mainly be applied to the triangulation points, wire points, leveling points and other measurement stakes. It can also be applied to other topographical projects such as significant boundary piles or right-of-way stakes. The contents of the description of station include the description, coordinates, grade, location, point position map, buried pile profile and other information.
The total length of TIAA MRT is 51.03 km. The right-of-way management problems seldom occur within the scope of the route sections. However, the stations are usually located in the urban development zone with high land use intensity. The relationship between the neighbors is very close, so the importance and sensitivity of right-of-way stakes is more significant.
A21 station is located in Zhongli district of Taoyuan City, beside Zhongfeng Road and close to private houses and private land. The definition of the scope and management of the station right-of-way needs to rely on the right-of-way stakes as important basis. If there is still controversy, boundary verification can be used to clarify the measurement by the Land Office. Therefore, the description of station production of right-of-way stakes acts as the first line of defense for right-of-way management.
The purpose of the production of description of station is to allow the management unit to correctly and quickly reach the site and find the boundary to carry out right-of-way management. Therefore, the contents of the record must be accurate and detailed, including the stake number, posts, coordinates, real photos, survey station sheet and stake location overview. The real photo must be able to show the topography and location of the stake; the survey station sheet must have at least two important clear topographies. The distance between each topography and the stake is measured so that the position of the right-of-way stake can be quickly located via the resection method when the stake is lost.
The description of station survey station sheet of A21 station was generated using the completion drawing as the base map. Due to the detailed facilities, equipment location and related terrain in the completion drawing, it can show the most of the station status as the base map for mapping. The results of mapping can accurately reflect the status of the right-of-way stake position; stake location recovery via the resection method when the stake is lost is also very accurate.
