In May 2015, BOHSR commissioned Kang Da Information Inc. to develop a “Property Management System” which had been officially online since April 2017. The system integrated the following 8 categories of property information listed in the national property registration: 1. Land 2. Improvement on land 3. Housing construction and equipment 4. Machinery and equipment 5. Transportation and transportation equipment 6. Miscellaneous equipment 7. Securities 8. Royalties. The system also provides multiple e-services to build a scalable and expandable work platform to streamline work operations, to improve management efficiency and to provide correct information. The system design increased the convenience of system users to manage property management so that business facilitation and information processing are smoother. The system services include:
‧All kinds of property production operations regarding new, impairment, modification, inquiries and other.
‧Depreciation, accounting and national property online transfer operations.
‧Item management operations.
‧Property use and revenue management (including case management of asset contract).
‧Online inquiries, modification applications, inventory and other operations for personal safekeeping properties.
Aside from the overall management of property use and income status, the operating units can operate and control the status of the property respectively through the operation of the system via BOHSR internal network according to their business characteristics and authority. This process makes it convenient for relevant job organizers to grasp accurate information to provide supervisors of the latest status of the property information and to promote the coherence of office management operations in order to enhance the efficiency of the logistics support of BOHSR property management.
For the benefit of colleagues to understand the operation of the system and get on-line as soon as possible, BOHSR has held 8 trainings on system operating instructions as of July 2017.
