機場捷運可靠度、可用度、可維修度(RAM)展示簡介 Introduction Demonstration of the Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) of the TIAA MRT System
監控和控管每日的營運運轉狀態。

機場捷運機電系統ME01標採用歐洲標準EN 50126鐵路運用-可靠性、可用性、維修性和安全性技術規格和驗證之壽期模式,發展系統可靠度、可用度、可維修度(以下簡稱RAM)計畫和RAM分析,依據系統功能規範之要求,配當及預估機電系統、各子系統及設備之RAM目標,並於商業運轉開始即執行RAM展示,以確認能達成契約規定之標準。此一階段之RAM展示係依據營運時刻表全車隊的運轉(包括正線與機廠設備系統)取樣,採三個月之滾動方式,計算16項關鍵性能指標(KPI)是否符合標準。
ME01標RAM展示由本局捷運工程處(機關)、日商丸紅國際股份有限公司交通專案分公司(廠商)、桃園大眾捷運股份有限公司(營運單位)組成RAM展示委員會及RAM展示工作小組來執行相關工作;委員會視需要召開,討論、裁定工作小組無法認定之事件,並審核工作小組提送之報告。工作小組主要監控及控管每日的營運運轉狀態,確認有關故障及其矯正行動,記錄所有可能影響RAM展示的事件,並每週定期召開會議負責審視、判定每日事件之KPI;當16項KPI均已達成契約規定標準時,即完成此一階段之RAM展示。16項關鍵性能指標包括營運誤點類4項、列車類3項、月台門類2項、中央監控系統類3項、車輛可靠度類2項、車輪磨耗偵測設備類2項。

The ME01 Tender of TIAA MRT E&M System adopted the standards of EN 50126 Railway applications - the specification and demonstration of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS). The railway system utilized the RAMS, safety specifications and lifecycle to develop its system RAM programme and analysis. According to the requirements of the system functional specification, RAM should be used to allocate and predict the RAM target of the E&M system, each subsystem and component. In addition, the RAM demonstration should be performed at the beginning of commercial operation so as to confirm that the contractual standards can be achieved. This stage of the RAM demonstration is based on the sampling of the operation schedule of the entire fleet (including the main line and the depot equipment system). The sampling takes a three-month rolling method to calculate whether the 16 key performance indicators (KPIs) meet the criteria.
The RAM demonstration of ME01 Tender is executed by RAM Demonstration Committee and RAM Demonstration Working Group composed of MRT Engineering Office (authority), Marubeni Corporation Transportation Project Branch (contractor) and Taoyuan Metro Corporation (Operation Unit). The committee must convene, discuss and decide on events that the working group cannot identify and review the report submitted by the working group. The working group mainly monitors and controls the daily operation status, confirms the malfunction and corrective actions, records all the events that may affect the RAM demonstration, and meets regularly weekly to review and determine the KPIs of daily events. When all 16 KPIs have reached the contractual criteria, the RAM demonstration for this phase is completed. The 16 KPIs include 4 items for service delay category, 3 items for train category, 2 items for platform screen door category, 3 items for SCADA category, 2 items for vehicle reliability category and 2 items for wheel-wear detection equipment category.
