臺中捷運系統烏日文心北屯線建設計畫辦理情形 Implementation Status of the Taichung Metropolitan MRT System Wurih-Wunsing-Beitun Line Construction Project

臺中捷運系統烏日文心北屯線路線自北屯區松竹路起,沿北屯路、文心路、文心南路至烏日高鐵臺中站,設置18座車站,1座機廠,全長約16.71公里,高架段約15.94公里,地面段約0.77公里,由臺中市政府負責用地取得、土地開發及未來營運,工程部分交通部97年起委託臺北市政府(捷運局)接手本局已完成之規劃成果,辦理後續設計、施工等事項,由本局持續追蹤工程進度及協助地方政府協調等相關事宜,控管本計畫執行時程及計畫內容。
本局為掌握計畫執行情形,於106年6月21日邀集交通部相關單位、臺中市政府、臺中捷運公司以及臺北捷運局等,辦理臺中捷運專案小組第15次會議並至現地訪查,瞭解沿線各標工程施作現況及遭遇困難,並至北屯機廠參觀106年2月5日已運抵之首列電聯車。
目前電聯車已於106年4月20日北屯機廠「測試軌」開始進行「EMU列車性能測試」,並於8月12日進行初步主線測試,由北屯機廠行至G5站後折返,總長約6公里,捷運已完成G0至G9站第三軌供電,預計年底前,可完成全線供電,屆時電聯車於主線測試長度會再延伸,並配合監控系統及通訊系統的完成,電聯車即可進入另一個無人駕駛測試階段。
本計畫截至106年10月底止,預定進度72.99%,實際進度73.32%,略為超前,工程推動順利。

The Taichung Metropolitan MRT System Wurih-Wunsing-Beitun Line starts from Songzhu Rd. (Beitun Dist.) along Beitun Rd., Wenxin Rd., Wenxin S. Rd. to HSR Taichung Station in Wuri District. The MRT Line has 18 stations and 1 depot. The total length of this system is 16.71 km with the elevated sections of 15.94 km and surface sections of 0.77 km. Taichung City Government is responsible for the land acquisition, land development and future operation of this MRT System. Since 2008, MOTC designated Taipei City Government (DORTS) to take on the construction portion of the project that was originally planned by BOHSR and implement the following designing and constructing work. On the other hand, BOHSR was responsible for progress monitoring, coordination of local government issues and controlling the project duration and project contents.
In order to grasp the implementation status of the project, BOHSR invited relevant departments of MOTC, Taichung City Government, Taichung Rapid Transit Corporation and DORTS to hold the 15th meeting of the Taichung MRT Ad Hoc Group on Jun. 21, 2017. In addition, BOHSR visited the site to find out the current status and difficulties faced by the various subprojects along the MRT route and visited Beitun Depot to see the first EMU that arrived on Feb. 5, 2017.
At present, the EMU has started its “EMU train performance test” at the “testing rail” of Beitun Depot on Apr. 20, 2017. Then, the preliminary mainline test was conducted on Aug. 12 and in which the EMU started and returned to Beitun Depot after reaching G5 Station, completing a total length of about 6 km. The third rail power supply from G0 to G9 stations has been completed and it is expected that before the end of the year, the power supply of the entire line will be completed. At that time, the main line testing will extend its length for the EMU. With the completion of the monitoring system and communication system, the EMU can then enter another test phase for unmanned operation.
As of the end of October this year, the actual progress was 73.32% slightly ahead of the scheduled progress of 72.99% and the construction has been promoted smoothly.
