高雄捷運都會線 (黃線) 計畫可行性研究現勘暨初審作業 Preliminary Review of the Feasibility Study of the Kaohsiung Metropolitan MRT System Route (Yellow Line)
現勘說明Y12站與捷運紅線三多商圈站共站轉乘。

高雄都會區大眾捷運系統都會線(黃線)建設及周邊土地開發計畫可行性研究現勘暨初審作業」為高雄市政府規劃捷運整體路網之優先興建路線,亦屬前瞻軌道建設之一。高雄市政府依交通部頒布之捷運審查作業要點辦理本計畫可行性研究,於106年3月27日、5月19日兩次陳報交通部,經交通部交本鐵局審議,該府依相關單位書面審查意見檢討修訂後,於同年11月10日再次提報,交通部並交由本局續審。
本計畫路線由建工民族線及澄清五甲線二部分組成,行經高雄市鳳山、鳥松、新興、三民、苓雅及前鎮等都會核心區,總長約21.22公里。為利審查意見之溝通釐清,本局於106年12月22日由鍾總工程司維力主持,邀集行政院相關機關及交通部相關單位召開初審會議,會前並由鍾總工程司於同年12月20日率隊現勘,高雄市政府於現勘過程說明規劃路線、場站、機廠位置及轉乘動線等。
本計畫可行性研究報告經辦理現勘及初審會議,已請高雄市政府依與會單位所提意見檢討修正後,再報請交通部辦理後續審議事宜。

The Kaohsiung Metropolitan MRT System Route ( Yellow Line )" is the prioritized construction for the MRT network planned by the Kaohsiung City Government and is also one of the Forward-looking Railway Construction Projects. Kaohsiung City Government implemented the feasibility study of this project in accordance with the Guidelines for Application and Review of Plans for Mass Rapid Transit System Construction Projects promulgated by MOTC and has reported to MOTC twice on Mar. 27, and May 19, 2017 respectively. After reviewed by the MOTC, the government revised the document according to the documentation review comments from relevant units. The government resubmitted the document to MOTC again on Nov 10 of the same year in which the MOTC handed to BOHSR for further review.
This project composed two parts, Jiangong-Minzu Line and Chengching-Wujia Line with total length of 21.22 km, which goes through Fengshan District, Niaosong District, Xinxing District, Sanmin District, Lingya District and Qianzhen District, the core districts in Kaohsiung City. In order to clarify and discuss the review comments, BOHSR convened the preliminary review on Dec. 22, 2017, which was hosted by Chief Engineer Wei-Li Chung, and invited relevant agencies of the Executive Yuan and the relevant departments of the MOTC to the meeting. Prior to the meeting, on Dec.20 Chief Engineer Wei-Li Chung led a team for an onsite inspection and was guided by the Kaohsiung City Government through designed routes, stations, depot locations, transfer directions and relevant details.
After the onsite inspection and preliminary meeting, BOHSR has requested Kaohsiung City Government to revise the feasibility study report according to comments by the participating units and resubmit to MOTC for subsequent review.
