機場捷運維修管理系統架構簡介 Introduction to the Maintenance Management System Structure of the TIAA MRT System
MMS與外部子系統界面。

為有效管理管機場捷運各項營運重要設施(備)之維修作業,達成降低營運維修成本、提升維運效率及可靠度之目標,機場捷運於青埔機廠維修管理中心(MMC)已建置一套以網頁為基礎的電腦化維修管理系統(MMS)。
機場捷運MMS系統之主要架構,其軟體採用IBM MAXIMO套裝程式,硬體則採用Oracle資料庫的SUN伺服器,透過骨幹網路連結,可方便各部門人員依其授權,分別於各維修廠、各控制中心(OCC、DCC、PTR)、各車站、倉儲中心、維修據點等之MMS電腦登錄使用,以電腦化管理控管各項重要設施(備)維修作業(含計畫性預防維修及臨時性矯正維修作業),降低設施(備)故障率及減少維修時間,提升營運可靠度。
機場捷運MMS系統之主要功能模組,包括:(1)資產管理、(2)工單管理、(3)報修與服務申請管理、(4)庫存管理、(5)資源管理、(6)查詢、分析與彙報、(7)管理與配置等7項,可有效將各項設施(備)之報修、工單、零組件庫存、資產及相關資源等集中共用,並依登錄人員之授權,作有效管理與運用。
機場捷運MMS系統亦與中央監控系統(含車站建築物管理系統)、電聯車系統、號誌系統、地下車輪車床、自動車輪踏面診斷及行李運輸系統等作連結,各子系統透過骨幹網路傳送之資訊,MMS系統均予以記錄(含故障),故MMS系統資料亦能作為設備效能監視、故障原因調查及RAM評估分析等用途。

To effectively manage the maintenance operations of significant TIAA MRT operational facilities in order to reduce the maintenance cost and enhance operational efficiency and reliability, a computerized webpage-based Maintenance Management System (MMS) is set up at the Chingpu Depot Maintenance Management Centre (MMC)of the TIAA MRT System.
The main structure of TIAA MRT MMS System adopted the IBM MAXIMO software and the SUN server from Oracle database with connection with the backbone transmission network (BTN). Personnel from each department can be authorized to the MMS in each depot, Operations Control Centre (OCC), Depot Control Centre (DCC), Playback and Training Room (PTR), stations, warehouses and other maintenance points. With computerized management and control of maintenance operations of all important facilities (including planned preventive maintenance and temporary corrective maintenance operations), the failure rate and maintenance time of facilities will be reduced and operational reliability will be improved.
The functional modules for the TIAA MRT MMS includes:(1) Asset Management (2) Work Management (3) Fault Reporting & SR Management (4) Inventory Management (5) Resource Management (6) Data Query, Analysis and Reports (7) Administration and Configuration. This module can centralize and share the fault reports, work orders, spare parts inventory, assets, and related resources of facilities and effectively manage and utilize them according to the authorization of the logged-in personnel.
The TIAA MRT MMS is also linked to Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA, including station BMS), Electrical Multiple Unit (EMU) System, Signaling (SIG) System, Under Floor Wheel Lathe (UFWL), Automatic Wheel Tread Diagnosis (AWTD) and the Baggage Handling System (BHS). The information transmitted by the subsystems through Backbone Transmission Network (BTN) is recorded by the MMS system (including faults). Therefore, the MMS system data can also be used for equipment performance supervision, failure cause investigation and Reliability Assessment Model (RAM) evaluation and analysis.
