臺中捷運系統烏日文心北屯線建設計畫辦理情形 Implementation Status of the Taichung Metropolitan MRT System Wurih-Wunsing-Beitun Line Construction Project

本計畫截至107年3月底止,預定進度75.78%,實際進度76.74%,工程推動順利。各土建標持續進行建物建築裝修、景觀工程、水電環控作業;首列電聯車已於106年2月5日運抵台中港, 3月15日完成靜態測試,4月20日已於北屯機廠「測試軌」開始「EMU列車性能測試」,8月12日完成G0至G5站、11月15日完成G5至G9站實車界面測試;各子系統正陸續配合各車站進場時程進行設備安裝及測試。

The Taichung Metropolitan MRT System Wurih-Wunsing-Beitun Line starts from Songzhu Rd. (Beitun Dist.) crossing Beitun Rd., Wenxin Rd., Wenxin S. Rd. to HSR Taichung Station in Wuri District. The total length of this system is 16.71 km with the elevated sections of 15.94 km and surface sections of 0.77 km. Taichung City Government is responsible for the land acquisition, land development and future operation of this project. Since 2008, MOTC designated Taipei City Government (DORTS) to take on the construction portion of the project that was originally planned by BOHSR. DORTS continued on the following designing and constructing work. On the other hand, BOHSR was responsible for progress monitoring, coordination of local government issues and controlling the execution duration and project contents.
Up until end of Mar., 2018, the project has been undergoing smooth progress marking actual progress of 76.74% with originally scheduled progress of 75.78%. Each civil engineering contractor has been continuously renovating the architectures, implementing landscape construction, E&M and ECS operations. On Feb. 5, 2017, the first EMU has arrived at Taichung Port and completed its static tests on Mar. 15. On Apr. 20, the “EMU Performance Test” had embarked at the “Test Track” in Beitun Depot. Following, the dynamic interface test from G0 to G5 station was completed on Aug. 12, and the G5 to G9 section was completed on Nov. 15. Each subsystem is currently undergoing equipment installation and testing with coordination to the execution timetable of each station.
