機場捷運中壢延伸線CM01區段標中新地下道改善工程施工概況 Status of the Zhongxing Underpass Improvement Construction at CM01 Section of TIAA MRT Extension Line
中新地下道改善措施工程-鋼軌樁打設。

為因應機場捷運CM01區段標工程之中壢車站(A23)工區交通維持計畫之需要,爰辦理替代道路中新地下道措施改善工程。施工範圍位於中壢區中和路與新興路之間,係將原11公尺寬道路,往新街溪方向擴寬10.4公尺,使總路寬達21.4公尺,成為南北向各3車道,以作為封閉元化路地下道之替代道路。
本工程全長約85公尺,主要是將現有中新地下道擴建,靠新街溪側新闢3車道及既有車道緊鄰新闢車道側破除原機慢車及人行道而拓建成一汽車道,並須於完成拓建後,再對其周邊道路配合交維做單行道配對通車。
本工程已於107年4月18日完成底版結構1-1單元(路橋下臨新街溪側),後續將進行橋下段分隔牆及擋土牆結構及其餘結構底版1-2、1-3、1-4單元,並預計於6月下旬完成第1階段施工及通車,並進行第2階段施工,預計於8月15日全面完工通車。

In response to the “Alternative Road Plan at A23 Station of the TIAA MRT Extension Line”, the Zhongxing Underpass Improvement Construction was carried out. The construction scope is between Zhonghe Rd. and Xinxing Rd. in Zhongli District in which the original 11-meter-wide road will be broadened by 10.4 meters in the direction of Hinjei River into a 21.4-meter road. The new road will consist of 3 lanes in both directions and will act as the alternative road to the blocked Yuanhua Underpass.
The total length of this construction is 85 meters. The main construction is to broaden the existing Zhongxing Underpass by 3 lanes near the Hinjei River and to eliminate the original motorcycle lane and pedestrian sidewalk into another car lane. After the broadening construction, the new road will coordinate with the traffic control plan of adjacent roads for one-way pairing traffic.
The 1-1 unit (Hinjei River side under the railway bridge) of basic structure of the construction has been completed by Apr. 18, 2018. Subsequent constructions included the under-bridge separation wall structure, under-bridge retaining wall structure and the remaining basic structures, 1-2, 1-3 and 1-4 units. The phase-1 construction should be completed by end of June and be opened to traffic. Phase-2 construction is expected to be fully completed and open to traffic by Aug. 15.
